The problem with Robin's argument is that it was without merit because Jason never did anything he didn't want to do. So, Carly could have not been manipulating nor controlling Jason because he knew exactly who she was and what she was always up to. What is interesting is the fact that Robin was accusing Carly of trying to control and to manipulate Jason when at times Robin has done the same thing to him. Nevermind, that goes to show the little faith that Robin had in Jason because if Robin truly knew him she would have known that Jason could always tell when Carly was lying to him or was trying to play him. So, there was no way that she could manipulate him because no one can make Jason do something he doesn't want to do. Also, the fact that Robin said that Carly was using, manipulating and emotionally having a hold on Jason was ridiculous because he never care about material stuff. Jason only cared about Carly's and Michael's safety and well-being. He just wanted to make good on his promise to Michael to love him and to keep him safe. Unfortunately for Robin, part of making Michael happy and to keep him safe meant to keep his mother the same way. Furthermore, when Robin went back to Jason she knew about his commitment to Michael and that Carly was his mother. But most importantly, Robin knew the whole truth about how Jason became Michael's father. So, to ask him to choose was unfair. And to later on, break the promise she made to Jason to never reveal the truth about Michael's paternity just to be vindictive towards Carly was an act of betrayal of the worse kind. Blessed be!

It's a shame bc he quit as the story was heating up. Carly just found out she was pregnant. It just would have been interesting to see how this was handled if he stayed. Plus carly & ajs sex scene was pretty hot. I cant ever see sarah & Billy having a hot love scene. Plus alan was so tall why Hire a very short man to play his son. Steve burton said he had to wear lifts in his shoes to get the part bc the aj before sean was tall bc alan was very tall. So I'm convinced guza wanted the physical opposite of steve hired. Look at her face when Jason climbed on stage at the nurse's ball and carried Robin off. Carly saw Micheal as a way to control Jason and stay in his life, and until Jason died she was still controlling Jason and Sonny, through the kids she had with them. Jason has said it and so has Sonny, that Carly does this to them. Every woman Jason had as his character evolved as Jason M, Carly through Micheal up in his face, that he needed to be there for Micheal, even after she screwed Jason over when she got with Sonny. Later, in the s/l Jason apologized to Robin. He understood better what she did and why. Also, how can what Jason and Carly did be so right. Again, when Carly got with Sonny, he (Jason)lost Michael to Sonny after all his (Jason) fighting with lawyers to keep Michael to himself and from the Q's. During some of the earlier fighting, Carly was no f'ing where to be seen. Then, come around Carly gets with Sonny and he does the same thing to AJ, that Jason did, helped her keep Michael from the Q's. What good did all Carly's, Jason and Sonny's lying do. Micheal got shot, killed Claudia (I know why, still don't discredit the life that put him in that situation), went to jail, was raped in jail, found out about AJ and now has no relationship with Sonny. So, can it really be said, AJ wouldn't have been a better father to the son HE created with Carly. IJS. Robin deserved better from Jason. She was his lifeline from the day he woke up and decided to become Jason M. Yes, she did have morals, and so did Sonny and Jason, even as wise guys before Carly. After Jason grew to realize what Robin had tried to do for him, they developed a friendship again. So, I said it then and I say it now, Guza sucked with his desire to make Carly the forefront of Jason and Sonny's life. She added no value to their lives, no growth, and relationships throughout GH were ruined from Jason, Sonny, Tony, Bobby in the beginning and AJ's!!!!

To be fair, Carly set this whole thing in motion the night she showed up and begged Jason to lie about being Michael's father. The truth coming out was always something that was a possibility. If Carly/Jason and later Sonny had given AJ a shot to be a real father to his child, he wouldn't have spiraled so out of control and did the things he did. To be fair, AJ is an Alcoholic. He did ever step up or take responsibility for anything and played the victim. He had valid issues but refused to get proper help.

Here's the thing, 1st let me say I don't like Robin, I never did. But, she was right for telling the truth...The problem is, she did it for the wrong reasons, she did it because she thought it would release Carly's place or hold on him...Later in 05, she lied when she barged into his apartment with Sam to "speak her peace", that AJ deserved to know the truth. Maybe, but that's not why you initially told the truth....BIT$%, if you're so big on honesty, be honest with yourself...
Kathy Adorno understood but just so you know I have been a fan of Robin since she debuted in 1985 as a little girl and I literally grew up with her as we are around the same age me just years older than km so although I disagree with some choices she makes I will always love Robin. just thought I would say that but I respect your opinion.
To be fair, Carly set this whole thing in motion the night she showed up and begged Jason to lie about being Michael's father. The truth coming out was always something that was a possibility. If Carly/Jason and later Sonny had given AJ a shot to be a real father to his child, he wouldn't have spiraled so out of control and did the things he did. Not whitewashing AJ, but Carly holds a lot of the responsibility squarely on her shoulders.

Robin supposedly knew PJ right and she knew the Qs.....so she felt she did the right thing because jason was to stupid to know when he was being used right....but it seemed that she did not even think about the repercussions.....or maybe she did not care.....did she not study what PJ and his psycho family would do....did she not consider that....she was a prude with a halo, and she was good and right and carly was a demon and bad.....i wonder how she felt when both Sonny and Jason turned their backs on her.....she deserved that.
