This is a good video format Tiago! More actionable examples in action as videos is the perfect BASB content I needed instead of different interpretations or re-explanations. Do more of these!

SUBSCRIBED!!! Tiago, my friend and coach colleague just recommended PARA to me and I discovered you! I'm in FULL IMPLEMENTATION mode for my life and business!
As a Functional Med Health Strategist, PERSONALIZATION speaks directly to me,; because this is what I do for my clients. We are in the age of uber-mass-info, often times contradicting (and in what order to implement?)... personalized attention and care is what makes it easy, doable and the results predictable and achievable. I see you have a video "The Perspective Era" (still need to check that out), and in my world, it's the PERSONALIZED era.
As a parent, I will take exactly what you did here as a template, and apply it for my parenting our adolescent now, where we are needing to learn new skills.
    THANK YOU TIAGO!!!

I love your calm voice, Tiago. I have been spreading the word about your book, Building a second brain, to my family and friends. Not kidding, it’s definitely one of my favorite books for 2023 as I had started developing the resentment towards books because I almost always forgot the several gems I collected from them after a short time. I wish I learnt the CODE and PARA method and the phenomenal progressive summarization technique several years ago though 😅. Congrats to you and your wife on being able to sleep much better now. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬❤️

@tiagoforte Good idea doing a checklist. I’m a veterinarian, and I use them all the time. In human medicine, the adoption of a standrdised checklist reduced surgical errors and complications by 1/3, and perioperative mortality by 40%. Ever read the checklist manifesto by atul gawande?

🎉Absolutely, I resonate with that sentiment. Embracing a new set of habitual tools can seem challenging (okay sometimes feels almost impossible). I highly like these steps, given its ensuring the path down the road. However with the number of 0.3% to take from a book, seemingly it also encourages me to think about seeking advice from an expert within our network as a source whoever we know (maybe pad service) for a quick life-saving action plan. 😊 This way one has the big benefit of full control tho.

I am actually eager for a blog or video on the newest Evernote debacle. I’ve read you did move away from Evernote now. Of course for you it is part of your work to pay for EN, but for a person the accounts are getting to expensive for what is left of the features. Would love your take on it
