Sai Ram Arjun, ahh yes the egg debate - In Atlanta Sai Center service projects where we make food, we serve only vegetarian food - however, we also work with the shelters, and they had an emphatic request for eggs for breakfast - which are generally considered vegetarian as there is no life form in an unfertilized egg, and it was decided it was better we would do the service with the eggs than (potentially) lose the service opportunity - we offer about 10-11 items and those we serve can select any items they would like.
