    Hi Jim. I've really learned a lot from watching your videos. You do a great job! My question is regarding transplating suckers and how soon to graft. After watching your videos, I want to transplant some suckers into a small Pawpaw orchard that I'm starting this spring. This fall I cut the sucker free from the "mother" tree, and plan to transplant it this spring into it's new location. How long should I wait before I graft into it? The following year? Any advice would be appreciated and thanks again.

      @jamieevans7671 Yes, the following year. That'll give the rootsuckers time to develop.
