[Chocolate Basque Cheesecake Recipe]
Ingredients
170g cream cheese
40g sugar
70g dark chocolate
10g cocoa powder
130g fresh cream
2 whole eggs
(Fresh chocolate sauce)
30g dark chocolate
30g fresh cream
(Other)
4 muffin molds
① Mix 40g sugar and 10g cocoa powder
② Beat 170g room temperature cream cheese with a rubber spatula until smooth
③ Add ① to ② and mix until glossy
④ Add eggs to ③ and mix
⑤ Add 130g fresh cream to ④ and mix
⑥ Add 70g melted dark chocolate to ⑤ and mix
⑦ Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
⑧ Leave in the fridge overnight without removing from the mold.
⑨ Add 30g of warm cream to 30g of melted chocolate and mix to make raw chocolate sauce.
