Maras, Rallying cry, plaguebreak, masters and vote weapons, way of fire, plague spitter, acuity , bloodspawn, Balrog would be a good list to mix and match. Mythic items help obviously. Usually vamp 3 is good but some classes you can get away not running it. DK is one of them

None of them are exploits. Rooting was a good tip, something people may not think about. "Shading" is probably the closest thing to an exploit but happens with any two skills with visual character effects. Noticed this a few years ago on Stamsorc when I cast Elude after Hurricane, no longer get hurricanes blue glow. Power Lash used to have 3s cooldown but removed it during Deadlands update so you can become a ballerina - ZoS's words, not mine. Cost Reduction is just poorly thought out by ZoS, people have been doing this for years with Mist Form.

1000 Stam recov is 500/1 sec after 2 seconds, when you cast ash cloud for free(if you use 1 or 2 mag reduc) you’ll be getting 900 Stam/1 sec or 1800 Stam recovery equivalent after 2 seconds on top of your Stam recovery. That’s why you spec into mag recov/reduct and rally, heroism for ults to carry sustain on dk
@@dontmock6643 the snipe skill will desync you often when it hits meaning your game lags behind everyone elses. Often your dead before you know you’ve been sniped but your recap shows you’ve been hit with 4
Exposing looks like someone’s jelly that their main class isn’t good. Why not just make a Dragonite for yourself they’ve already nursed it multiple times they’re not gonna do anything more. Otherwise they’ll break the whole class fossilize still isn’t fixed dragon Leap still is broken at least other classes can use some all of their skills.

Will the ash cloud recover stamina while blocking? I'm thinking to use this on my tank for vet dgs
It only works when you actually cast the spell. You can block cast and still regain the stamina
