Haha I’ve received a note recently to cut down on my video length and tried to do that with this one but I didn’t realize the termite scene was such a fan favorite 😂 I will do an edit to include it in the next video, but if you’re ever disappointed in a scene not being included, this is why I have a Patreon.
I totally get promoting Patreon. That's just good business. But cutting out that scene is like skipping "Girls get it done" or the head popping scene, or god forbid, A-train running through Robin. It's just one of those scenes everyone talks about when talking about this show.
I always love the look of confusion when Ryan tries to stop Butcher from leaving. He's confused because with his super strength, he should be able to stop him but realizes he can't.
Ashley going, "Roger go to commercial!" And the Homelander, through a soundproof glass, across the auditorium goes, "Don`t you dare, Roger!" Chills. Every time.

Did you really cut the beginning Termite scene from the TH-cam edit? I know it's a crazy scene but everyone includes it. It sets the tone for the whole season.

It didn’t made the cut on the TH-cam video so I don’t know if you noticed but probably not because most people miss it but in ep2 when Hughie is in the group home for the super-able the kid that teleports the woman says “Teddy Stillwell” so that’s the son of Madelyn Stillwell, THAT is how the kid survived because we know Homelander hated the kid so it didn’t make sense for him to save the baby so the kid teleported subconsciously I guess, that’s why he was found outside the home.

In the comic, the team members actually regularly took a stable form of Compound V to get super-strength temporarily so they could be physical matches to supers. They apparently cut that from the series because a lot of readers thought it muddied the whole anti-superhero thing Garth Ennis was going for and took tension away when the heroes also had superpowers
Tbf it only gave them super strength and some durability. Also it was temporary and part of butchers ultimate plan. Also also it makes sense considering who they are fighting. You don't bring a knife to a missile fight after all

One thing you have to respect from the Boys writers, they push the limits to new found depths (for better or worse). From a historical point of view of The Boys in general, can't say any form of art has been this shocking since Howard Stern's early days with WNBC.

I met karl urban at the Gold Coast supanova/ comicon and got a photo with him. He's amazing and it was so cool. Humble brag because it was so fun.
