You are a LIFE-SAVER!!!! I couldn’t find TS2 in the folder I expected it to be (new computer) and I panicked, thinking I lost my Pleasantview forever! Your video showed me EXACTLY where to find it in my files and I was able to successfully start over my Pleasantview neighborhood!
Thank you so much!! One question though. Do you ever notice that the neighborhood story disappears when doing it that way? I’ve done it a few times but every time the story is just empty. Any way around that?

Yes, I have experienced that. The pictures are still in the files so I added them back, then looked online for all the text.

What happens if it is neither in program files or x86?
If it loads somewhere else because you're having a third-party download you might need to just go through your entire C drive and look in every folder
