I've seen NDAs do Exaltia, though sadly I can't really help you there since I don't have experience with it. I think NDA Ninja is a good choice for Spiral of Creation, and SoulWeaver is generally a very good NDA class

No, u can still do exaltia f2p. It will be hard but its doable. The only investment u need in game is DA which is one time payment.
