Just bought a bike by Lectric out of Phoenix all their bikes come fully assembled. They all fold so all you have to do is unpack and unfold them. You should check one out. I’m not associated with the company in fact I’m up in Canada but I was very impressed with the quality. Alway love your thorough reviews whether its a bike, drone, ROV, or RC car. 🤙
I have the Zebra, and Love it, but the one thing that is a pain in the A__, is the Seat, and will get the Cloud 9 seat as a replacement, Your video is informative...GLTA

PSA Himiway has made several adjustments to limiting how fast you can get the bike to go citizen cycle has videos showing it does 28mps on throttle alone and upwards of 35+mph on pedal assist. Himiway has taken away all that ability to make those adjustments to their bikes. the bang you are getting for your dollar is so much less I would wait until the Ariel Kepler comes out!! unless himiway opens the bikes back up so buyers beware the videos from Citizen Cycle are inaccurate as of now
To reset TRIP COUNTER: Press and hold + and - buttons until you see "tc" then press + again to change from "N" to "y". Then hold down "I" button to go back to home screen.

Thanks for the review. I’ve been checking many manufacturers and the prices for electric bikes are majorly different with not much differences in the choices. Seeing your bike with a couple of annoying mistakes with incorrect size screws and missing parts is not a purchase I feel good about, especially if I spend between $1,500 to $3,000 on a bike. The manufacturers should throw in one or two extra screws of everything needed for the cost to their prospective customers. Looks like a nice bike but I would not want to deal with finding screws or nuts and extra trips to the local hardware store for parts that should not be missing. I’m a cancer survivor with health issues in my 60’s and want a bike to help ease me getting around town or beach trips. Has nothing to do with being lazy as others mention here and also in other bike reviews.
I got an R8 FTB over 18 months ago, and have done over 1500 miles, and like you I'm 68 yrs old and have a few health issues, but the bike has allowed me to explore places I'd ordinarily never get to. Oh and by the way, it comes fully assembled, so no missing screws/nuts.
The Himiway is a very nice bike. With one of the biggest batteries on an Ebike for the price range. I would definitely recommend it and not allow one video to sway your decision. I ordered my bike on a Wednesday night and had it 9 days later. In the USA of course.
If you want to be save in terms of service and quality, go for the RadPowerbikes Rhino 5 or 6. If you want the better bike, with hydraulic brakes etc., go for the Aventon Adventure. The Himiway is a good bang for the bug, but it has issues and an almost not existing service. There are also common problems with the motor.
@@theone2be33 I have friends in Ohio that have two of them and my friend and his wife ride the bikes all of the time. They love the Himiway bikes and recommend them for the elderly for riding bikes. I would bet that my friend has put more miles on his bike versus his expensive HD trike!😀
how does the wiring for the tail light connect to the main power source? i’m going to be getting a himiway soon, but i’d really like rear directionals as well for added safety on the road, since it’ll be used to commute to places. i’ve seen combo tail light and directional combos, but do not want to have two tail lights. my 2nd question is, do you think an aftermarket tail/directional light could be connected to the main power source?
Hi Dustin, A tad harsh on the poor old Skydio, "following" is not quiet the same as going to a "particular location" as it can rise to a clear level and land at that new location. - A completely different task, Just get there as opposed to video the means as to how you got got there. Just wondering, how street legal are these? I mean, where exactly can you ride them? Do they require a license plate, etc.?
It's a good idea to bring a bike to a bike shop to tune it so the shifters and such work perfect. Unless your into working on bikes. It's no to hard.

Depends on alot of variables. I got 75 miles on mine, only because I only weigh 145lbs and pedals the whole time, and I rarely use the throttle.
