    Snwerte talaga yung mga nakapag TR to PR last 2022 ata yun. Di na generous si Canada suddenly with the PR. Especially with the housing market and inflation plus upcoming elections, we really cannot expect Canada na maging maluwag for the next coming months. Kahit yung friends namin with years of experience sa ibang bansa aside sa Canada na highly skilled nahihirapan na with the CRS score kasi ang taas kahit done na kami sa studies namin and may employer sya na magssupport sa kanya for the PR.
    Kami naswertehan lang na nagwwork sa healthcare. If not, ewan ko din san kami pupulutin 😭 and we just applied. Its been months and wala pa rin kami PR result.

    Pag isipan talaga. Kung gusto nyo mag aral sa Canada and can afford it, then try it but do not expect permanent residency, it’s not a guarantee.

    Inegosyo nalang ang pambayad ng tuition. Mas madali and stress-free pa ang roi. If meron naman sapat na pera dito sa pinas, di na magneed help sa government.

    Best way to come here the cheapest way & be a citizen is stay in the Phil & take up nursing. Provincial Govt officials themselves are going there to recruit, once recruited you can bring your family here legally & they sometimes even provide place to stay. Nurses here are paid well (40$/hour starting)since its the Govt that hires you with so many benefits included. Aside from this, your option is not limited to Canada since Australia, New Zealand, European countries, USA & many others are also in need of them.

    8:23 or it’s best for anyone in his situation to become a Canadian Citizen (which is roughly 5 years), sacrifice the time to become one, then once a Canadian, mobilize to wherever you want. Some people unfortunately want instant gratification on their geographic preferences not thinking of long term consequences.

    Very informative sir Drey, thank you for this. If I might ask, we applied on the 20th of January before the announcement was made. We paid the tuition fee as well weeks before and we did upfront medical already. A few days later we were required to submit biometrics and we both had the statuses changed sa application. My wife applied for an SP at Centennial college while I applied for an SOWP. May I ask your take on this, since we are really confused right now on how to go through with our application. Thank you.

      @@iamdropoutkid sept 2024 pa daw po effective yung change so I think goods pa po kayo once maapprove kayo both ni OWP. Pero with current news and pabago bago ni Canada, possible meron syang effect sa pgwp nyo po. But, you can figure it out once here. Masshare ko lang is kung sakali mang di mag pgwp, medyo di worth it yung investment sa pag aaral dito kung after 2 years mapapauwi din ng pinas. Malaki din kasi syang investment. At kung walang owp or kung parehas man kayo naandito while studying si SP, di kakayanin ng pwede nyo matrabaho maoffset yung gastos sa school and cost of living. So dapat may plan b kung di man po maextend or basta open po kayo to work sa mga nakaka LMIA na jobs to be able to stay po sa Canada.

    • @notyourbestie
      @notyourbestie 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This will be tricky po kasi pag lumipat ka ng province for the purpose of applying ng PR, malamang its the PNP you are after. And if you apply for PR through PNP and isinama mo yung husband mo sa application, they should be living in the province where they want to get the PNP nomination. And if PNP pa, I think there's a condition na pagka PR, you have to stay within the province for the next 3 years.

    Naging very strict recently yung Canada. Suddenly lapag sila ng lapag ng mga stricter rules and its just early 2024 😢.
    Yesterday there was a news that in BC, there will be a 2-year ban for international students sa mga bagong open na post-secondary institutions.
    There's a lot of factors why Canada is doing what it does right now.
    1. There's a forecast that the Canadian economy will burst this year. Meaning there will be a recession. This was news I heared from a friend that works in a bank.
    2. The housing market is not getting any better. From 300k-400k condos I see last year, they are 500k-700k na now.
    3. Almost election time. Government is "cleaning up" to gain trust of people so they can win the election.

    Just my two cents!😊
