      crawford heights! opt for white flat then reno as dual-key unit. live on one side, rent out the other side. amazing passive income opportunities!

      if want central location but with school options, try towner breeze. it's in kallang area, 10-year MOP, still got school options

      plus and prime project can NOT be rent out whole flat even after MOP. can only rent out rooms and the owner is expected to still live in the flat (cannot just lock 1 room)

    Do u know whether a single person who is not entitled to EHG due to salary exceed household income if buy a plus flat will he still be applicable to the clawback scheme when sell the house ?

      that's a very good question. I checked and it seems like the "subsidy recovery" will still need to be paid when the first owner sell the flat, regardless whether you got grant or not. it's basically against the valuation or transaction price whichever higher. see point 8 in this link www.hdb.gov.sg/about-us/news-and-publications/press-releases/Oct-BTO-launch I could be wrong though, if you want to be sure, the best is to ask HDB directly. good luck

    So 2room bto no subsidy clawback after MOP?

      if you take the 99-year lease, then it's subjected to the subsidy clawback. but if you take the "short lease", then no subsidy clawback as you can only sell it back to HDB. info is according to www.hdb.gov.sg/residential/buying-a-flat/conditions-after-buying, here's the quote: Subsidy recovery is not applicable to 2-room Flexi flats sold on short lease, Community Care Apartments, and resale Plus or Prime flats.
