The buyer of that MJ Quick Strike needs to send it to PSA under its "grade guarantee" and have it re-graded. It's probably a psa 6 with that print line. They will reimburse the owner the different of value between the 10 and what it re-grades. That way it gets out of circulation as a 10, which it clearly is not.

Yea Fanatics really screwed up the interface, when you back out of a pic it shoots you to either the top or bottom of page, it will give you the same page you were on sometimes when you click next page and they took away the "favorites" tab. You can still favorite a card but it puts it into "my activity " which unfortunately throws it in with every card Ive ever bid on, bought or favorited. All they had to do was input "Fanatics " where it said PWCC and leave everything else alone but no! They had to make "improvements "
No, absolutely not, Cardladder depends on the auction houses, and sales platforms, informing them if a card was or was not paid, they are too small of an operation with not enough manpower to go chase down every auction to confirm whether they were paid or not, they do that on private sales on public platform sales, they have to rely on the platform to share that information
