Electronic vs mechanical shutter Leica Q2

I use the electronic shutter for rapid exposure/action capture. It's not necessary otherwise.

Went to Time Square in NY, L.E.D's panel so strong even on a bright sunny day the electronic shutter picked up BANDING, I had to delete the pictures that's how bad it was. Newer camera fix that issue with a global electronic shutter

I hear you, man, sometimes I wish we could close down to f/22 to keep using the mechanical shutter in bright conditions
