It's funny how you point to your food when trying to explain how delicious it is..and yea, Kenyans have one of the best tea cultures in Africa. I guess It comes from our former colonists: the British. I am glad you enjoyed Kenya. Karibu tena.
Tea drinking is an ancient custom in Africa. Historically, tea has been grown in many regions of Kenya. And in the west African countries of Mali, Guinea, Gambia, Mauritania and Senegal, tea is an important part of daily life. In Senegal they call the tea ceremony, Attaya. ❤️💫🌎
The British got it from colonizing India and Sri Lanka,in Kenya it's influence was from the Indian coolie labourers brought from India and who built the East African railway and brought chai" and also influenced kenyans with masala tea
@@angelaockotch3933 very informative comment. I know that tea masala had Indian roots, but I didn't know that the British tea culture was also borrowed from the Indians.
What beautiful things they have in this market. The bracelet u tried on is nice, but if I’m hearing right 400, then again I don’t understand the currency in that country.. The sandals are cute. Hope u found something u loved.

Is it safe for a foreign to visit alone??
I'd advice you get a local to take u around
@@reduniverse8912 noted
Very safe as long as your careful with your fone and don't go announcing to anyone that you are a foreigner
Its safe, a lot of foreigners visit alone
It is safe but you are better off with a host who knows his way around. There are many Kenyan TH-camrs who will be eager to host you.
Hope the food u ordered was hot enough with pepe.
