Thank you for the verses! One never knows who needed to hear that and the eternal good that God's word brings about . I adore seeing your drums and other goodies in your antique cabinet! The pink is wonderful with all your framed stitches 😊
Hi Glee! Everyone needs to hear the word! We pray for softened hearts and for the lost as often as we give thanks for our salvation and His grace and mercy. Thank you! I really love the cabinet too!!
So many beautiful projects, as always! And of course, inspiration! I love your finish of my FS sampler, so cute! I really love all your smalls! Happy stitching!
Once again I’m overwhelmed! You go girl! So many beautiful finishes and stitching! All of your wips are gorgeous and coming along nicely. Happy Thanksgiving! So many things to be thankful for🥰🙏🏽 thank you for sharing! Because of his mercy and grace🥰🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽
Kim, Thanks for revisiting your experience with perforated paper. I love the idea of using folded paper to hold it so skin oils don't get on the paper. I am always blown away by the amount of stitching you get done. You are an inspiration. Happy stitching, my friend. Best, K
Hi Karen! I’ve been following your progress on perforated paper and watching you discover all the things I also tried my first go round with it too! I was surprised when you mentioned 18 count in a color since I think it’s only available in white. I do like using the Rit in a mister for a nice tan, and I’m excited to see your results with the Tim Holtz!
Was happy to see a new episode ❤ I love to watch while I’m stitching. The scriptures your husband shares is a great way to end each episode 😎 Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
You are such an inspiration and so is your husband, I love his messages. I have been wanting to start Christmas Swan , thank you for the push I’m going to start it on Dec 3 with you all!
That frame for your EF sampler is perfect!! I was stitching on red deer as I watched and I’m almost done with the whole sampler this time, not just a partial. Thanks for mentioning me😊
You have been a very busy finishing girl! The pillows are fantastic! and yes, to Newcastle Bird, it not in December. I am all Christmas in December. Sometime in 2025. (and I am also working on Eddie and Patsy, though you are ahead of me ☺️ ) Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your gourmet dinner with friends ! xx
I jumped up bright and early to have coffee, stitch and watch you! I love seeing all you’re up to! I was laughing to myself thinkingI wouldn’t be able to sleep either if I had so many projects going on. Ha! Ha! You know I say that in love! You HAVE inspired me to have a WIP or 2 and maybe 3! It allows me to stitch yet slow down my finishes , which is exactly what I need! Your cabinet is beautiful! Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for always reminding me to focus on the enjoyment of stitching and to stitch what I love!❤❤
What a FUN and inspiring flosstube Kim! I really enjoyed seeing your pillows and your drums are AMAZING! Oh I love new appliances and kitchen gadgets. My hubby has jokenly banned me from any more kitchen gadgets 😂😅Thank you very much for the sweet shoutout. Happy Thanksgiving my sweet friend 💗
So many fun pillow and drum finishes! I really need to try finishing a drum one of these days. Amazing WIPS as always, I think one of my favorites is the Red Deer sampler. The colors you chose for that are just stunning! Birds of a feather is looking awesome and I think the coverage looks great. Such a fun video, thank you friend! ❤❤
Wow Kim…you had your hands on so many patterns and those fully finished items are surely to be proud of. I think I shall email Kenzie about her colour combo for birds if a circle. See you again soon. 🧵❤️
Hi Karen! I hope to add trim to many of the pillows. I’m looking forward to your start on Circle of Birds! I hope I can get another on done soon…especially a pink one! 🤣💕
Every time I see Louisa Barny I just stare in appreciation and amazement. I think I am going to have to stitch that. It is just SO beautiful! I'd love to see yours in person sometime if you want to bring it to a stitchy day. Happy Thanksgiving my dear friend!
Hi Kim… I’m stitching Louisa Barny too! I’m not as far along as you… nearly across the top border. I changed the brown to alternate between WDW Roasted Figs and a couple of Au ver a Soie. I’ve subbed a few of the other colours for overdyes and silks… such fun, it’s kinda like painting 😊
I LOVE my surprise!! We both were all over the place about what’s the best plan. This is NOT where I thought you’d go so it is a surprise! I adore the frame and love the plan 🩷🩷🩷 thank you to Alan about the scriptures on Grace
Beautiful projects!I am going to go back and make notes. I especially like the girl charts.(Don’t remember the names. Hence going back.) I vote for stitching the girl in the center surrounded by verse. I think it would be more eye catching. I think the lion in the chart above her would also be stunning. He is so majestic. A good scripture for him would be Rev. 5:5 . “Look! The Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David has conquered . . .”
Hi Ann! I love that lion so much! Thank you for the ideas. I have a small sampler with two lions, and I’m still thinking on what scripture to add. Love this one, for sure!
If I were stitching Louisa, I would fill the center with scripture plus the crossed branches at the bottom. That would look a lot more like the original pattern. I personally do not think that design you are considering goes with the sampler no matter what colors you use.
Your drums are beautiful! Did you change the called for colors in your Rose Hips and Ivy? If so, may have your conversion? Also, I wanted to thank you for inspiring me to cut down thrift store frames. I started doing that about a year ago and am pleased how much I've learned and how I'm improving with each one!
Hi Carol! I think I first shared Rose on video 72. I didn’t use the Saltwater Taffy and just used one of the other pale pinks. Maybe Colonial Rose?? I’m so glad you are cutting down frames! I’m still honing my skills too 🤗
For Louisa Barny I am also not stitching the words in the centre. I have decided to stitch the alphabet from Yvonne Leclercq, but in the blues from Louisa and then some of the motifs from her that will fit. Yvonne is very stitch dense and I may not ever stitch her. This way I get to stitch 2 samplers that I like.
Hi! I stitched this years ago, and I don’t think I knew about the pin stitch then. I wouldn’t have started and stopped all those times anyway 🤣. I remember struggling with a stitch path that would let me travel and not show. I wish I had thought to look at the back before finishing into the pillow. I’m sure I carried in some fashion and buried the floss behind other stitching when I could. I wouldn’t have carried super far though.
Well, retired and chronic insomnia do make a difference. I have my stitchy spot always set up, and I can take advantage of even a few minutes here and there throughout the day, or I have full days of getting to stitch!
All the finishes!!!❤️❤️ Those pillows are beautiful. I have my list of “needs” from this video🤣🤣🤣
Thank you, Kim, for the mention of my Emeline finish. It was fun to hear my name on Flosstube.
Always enjoy your show!
Cathy
She’s so fabulous! I hope to get more stitching on mine soon, and it helps to see yours…so inspiring 💕
Always love seeing your birds and flowers!! They are my favorite things to stitch! Gorgeous! 😊
Birds and flowers and houses! Yes, please 🤗

Hi Darlene! I’m so happy to have a cute pillow finish to now display properly! Thank you for this sweet chart 💕

Hi Tami! Soooo many things to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving, friend 💕
I love the fabric on the bottom of the second drum, I think it was! It was so pretty and vintage looking. I'm always checking out your walls for inspo
Hi Debbie! Yes, Sandi had the perfect fabric, which was very helpful since I didn’t stitch the top or bring anything with me!
A smorgasbord of beautiful stitching and inspiration. Thank you, Kim, for sharing. Happy Thanksgiving. 🦃🍁
Hi Sarah! I’m struggling to decide between going for a finish or two before the end of the year or starting all the things 🤣
Thank you so much for the video. I always appreciate the scripture lesson.
We always love hearing when you stay for the end…the best part is God’s word 💕
Beautiful, beautiful patterns and stitching you always have and do! You are blessed! Thank you for sharing it all with us! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
Thank you, Laurie! I’m excited for another finish and so many new starts!

You got me motivated for some finishing. But now I want to make a bunch of drums. So adorable!
I like having them finished, for sure!

Hi Kimberly!! Thank you 🤗💕

Good morning! Do you think 70 plus WIPS is why I don’t sleep? I’m positively doomed after Market comes around again, then 😂😂😂 💕💕💕

Thank you, friend! I’m happy with my drums, and I hope I can finish the others…someday 🤣. The ribs were fantastic on the smoker! 😉
Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching. Happy holiday. ❤
Thank you for watching! Very excited for Thanksgiving 🤣
Another great episode ❤❤❤

Hi Kenzie! Red Deer is a favorite of mine too! I’m ready to stitch a pink bird in Circle 🥳💕
Jingle Ball! Yay!
I hope I see you there!

🤣🤣🤣🥳💕. I wonder how many bands and letters I will need 🤔
@ fun to just keep working upward and see as you go … unless you have a fave band you want for sure then some planning might need to happen :-)
28:07 I love this sampler
39:58 another favorite of mine. I guess I am drawn to samplers with cows, that look like cows.
Me too!
Wait the walls are pink now! Where have I been? Beautiful everything!
Ya, where did you go 🤣🤣. Welcome back!
@@ContentedNeedleworkerKim I need to catch up! Looks fabulous! 😘😘

I love this idea! I’ve settled on scripture and just have to get the spacing right! Looking forward to seeing your finish!
Hi, Kim! How did you sew the fabric onto the perforated paper? By machine or hand? Or maybe it’s not sewn at all?
Hi!! I did use my sewing machine with a long straight stitch setting. It works well. 🤗
On the love by Calico Confectionary did you carry your floss between those single stitches or use a pin stitch?
Hi! I stitched this years ago, and I don’t think I knew about the pin stitch then. I wouldn’t have started and stopped all those times anyway 🤣. Lovely ideo as always, Kim! What do you use as stuffing for your pillows?
Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you! I used the “doll stuffing” that Dyann talked about on the video we did together with Mrs. Flossy.
@@ContentedNeedleworkerKim thanks!
wow you seem to have so many things you are stitching on, how do you find all that time.
