Here's another one that I first did back in 2014. I often forget that I even did it before! This has always been my favorite tune from Secret of Mana, so it's been fun revisiting it.

Absolutely amazing. Secret of Mana still has one of the best soundtracks of the early 90s.
I have no idea how they managed to get that soundtrack on a super Nintendo cartridge. Amazing!

Back in the late 90s, I had an SNES connected to a Dolby Pro-Logic surround system. The forest theme blew my mind. So lush!

In my opinion, this is one of the best final boss themes of all time. It really gave you the feeling of 'this is it' and got you pumped for the fight too.
Duuude this is so fucking good. Ive never once liked a remix of ANY Secret of Mana song before. All the others ive heard from other people just always manage to lose the magic of the song. You, though, managed to remix it and keep everything that makes the track magic. Good job, yo!
Listening to the old one, you can tell how much he's grown as a musician.

Dunno about you guys, but i'd seriously love Magus's theme remixed. Considering what he's done with his current remixes so far, Magus seems like it'd be the best one to re-remix!
You know, I still think this is one of Johnny’s most magical remixes. It always gives chills and feels moving.
Best version I've ever heard. I guarantee the original composer would be psyched to here this.
I have to hand it to you my dude. I would never give a care for these songs back in the day. But the spin you put on them makes them SO DAMN GOOD! Thank you for your awesomeness.

They use this song in Dawn of mana you did a badass job cover of the secret of mana verison. Its my favorite song in the series.

Honestly, we've reached this far from it's origins, anything Jonny mixes up seems to either be an improvement, or something new entirely.

I'll be honest, I ignored the 2014 version when it came out. But I gave it a listen after hearing you'd remake it and it's great. I gave this a listen, didn't wanna make the same mistake twice, and it blew the 2014 version outta the park! That's not Mario Kart Wii's Rainbow Road next is it?! Gosh I've been wanting you to remake that since the 2015 May Madness but I just assumed you'd get to it after not seeing it that year. Then I kinda forgot about it.
This Game and its music will always be in my heart! Thank you for this awesome Remix.
Now this is my favorite childhood video game, and your interpretation of the song is really impressive it sounds really good that it rocks! Hope to hear more like this, keep doing a really amazing job of rocking out!

I gotta say, I've never played or seen anything to do with Secret of Mana, but this is an awesome remix!!! Fantastic work, Jonny! I've never listened to any remixes quite as enjoyable as yours! Keep it up!!!
Aside, I know that you're currently doing revisits of past remixes, but I would like to offer my top three choices for remixes beyond May revisits, if that's alright!
1. HAG 1 - Banjo-Tooie
Honestly, your remix of the final battle from Banjo-Kazooie is my favorite you've done out of all of them thus far. I personally think that HAG 1 is right up the alley of metal remixes. It's just such an aggressive, all-out kind of track that could really sound amazing and impactful in a heavy guitar setting.
2. Rage Awakened - Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep
Though it isn't my favorite boss battle theme out of the series, this theme always struck me with a sense of gravity. I'd never played Birth by Sleep before hearing this theme in the optional Lingering Will fight in KH2.5, but I could tell from how intense and, I would say, emotional the music is that the battle itself holds a lot of weight to it. I think that the fast pace of the music alongside a pretty sweet melody could make for an awesome metal remix!
3. Ganondorf Battle - The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Honestly, it's one of the final battle themes I remember the best and enjoy the most from the Zelda series. It's just so driving and intense and surprisingly aggressive for the game it's in. I think it would sound great with heavy drums hits and some awesome guitar riffs.
Sorry if top 3s are unneeded at the moment, and sorry they're all boss battle themes, but those are my top 3. Regardless of what you decide to do next, I know it'll be awesome!!

This may sound dumb but I definitely like you to remix “primal dialga”.
That song of yours is what got me into music and inspired me to play instruments. I first heard it when I was 11. Now I’m practicing double bass and electric bass,all because of you.

Hey Jonny, great song, as per usual. Ok, now for some song suggestions:
1. Team Plasma Medley (do any team plasma songs worth doing, which is most of them)
2. Team Rainbow Rocket Medley (same as last)
3. Pokemon Rival Theme Medley (especially do the Unovan rival themes)
4. Kirby Boss Medley (you know, the songs that play whenever you fight Wispy Woods)
5. Ultra Necrozma
6. Pokemon Legendary Encounter Medley (the songs that play whenever you encounter Pokemon like Mespirit, Cobalion, Moltres, Suicune, etc)
7. BotW Medley (do any ones you think are worth doing)
8. Hollow Knight vs. Troupmaster Grimm/Nightmare King Grimm (not sure if you could do this one, but honestly, I just want to find a Hollow Knight song you could do. If you can't do this one, completely understandable)
9. Terraria Boss Themes (dude, these songs are severely underrated. Just do the songs that play during the Eye of Chthulu and The Twins fights.)
10. High Above The Land (fuse it with Cargo Full of Fineries if you have to)
11. Flowers of Antimony (you'll probably have to fuse this with the Specter of Torment remix and the Plague Knight boss themes)
Some of these suggestions are a bit out there, so I just want to remind you that you don't have to do all of these, just the ones that you want to do. Love your music, and hope you have fun doing what you love!
