@2:37 - fyi, that’s University of Winnipeg sizt, not University of Manitoba. U of M is located in southern Winnipeg, not downtown. Nice unit btw. Love the simple yet elegant decor ❤️

the university you see from your window is called uow = university of winnipeg
If you can hear the neighbours baby crying it’s not very soundproof.
New apartments and you can hear your neighbours as though they are in your unit ? Small 1-bedroom space and you have 3 children and a husband.
