For the two apartments it was about $200 dollar difference but then the utilities were different so when you consider the utilities involved it could be an extra $100
The second apartment has a separate dining area but I feel the first would be tight if you add a dining so I’ll say just add chairs by the island and that’ll be the dining

Hi Carmil, they're windows and balconies in both apartments just that they had blinds on them so they weren't open at the moment. I was able show one of the balconies but didn't go out to show the other as it was very late.
