There's tons of TH-camrs who actually stick to their programs and lose weight, one being this lady Kimonica, she was 500 pds and lost weight without surgery. Those TH-camrs don't get the following like Amberlynn and Chantal because there is definitely a market for dysfunction and drama, and people will continue to follow them and their dysfunction while their channels continue to grow by leaps and bounds. Positivity gets less attention and less followers, which speaks volumes about the current state of humanity.

I'm a type 2 diabetic and rarely eat fruit. If it's a really hot day, I'll have a slice of watermelon (which is mostly water). But the sugar content is 17 grams, compared to a slice of pineapple which is 89 grams. You can also do a cup of grapes for 15 grams of sugar. But my doctor said no more than 25 grams of sugar per serving. You just have to really watch your fruits to determine the sugar count. I've pretty much gone without because I tend to spike (which means sweating and shaking). Then I have to take insulin because my pancreas doesn't work. Same with carbs.

Keto babe here, dropped 63lbs in a year and a half so far. It works but I don’t think she could hack it. I did it through both diet and exercise through lifting, running, and Zumba. So I’m hoping that she can actually do it and stick with it.
I've lost 32 pounds as of today since May. Doing intermittent fasting and keto. I haven't started an exercise plan yet, but my activity levels have definitely raised and I've been going outside and walking a lot more just because I feel better having lost some weight.

For those of us who use food as a crutch, a weight loss journey can be a very very lonely journey. I don't know if Bibi provides Chantal with support, but sometimes there are just things our spouses don't understand.
I also bounce back and forth between wanting to lose weight, counting calories/low carb, etc. I'm a flake. I feel like if I commit too much, I'm setting myself up for failure. It's bloody miserable.
