The Cars, The Locations, The Passion, The Teams, The Crowds, The Fans, The Racing, The Moments. Everything about world rallying is beautiful. I can only hope that one day I can be part of it.
RIP Michael Park in 2005 British Wales Rally deadly crash and also Richard Burns 2001 WRC Champion passed away on November 25th 2005 due to brain cancer
What a fantastic video, a shame I didn't follow the moments because either I was too young or did not born yet. Even if I old enough at that time, I don't think I will even watch it because there's no motorsports on the tv. Well here I am, a bit too late for the party but I guess this is what's going to accompany me in the coming years, I hope so.
Ten years of a never ending story! Congratulations to each pilot who helped and still helps to build this story. Those drivers who are no longer on earth, is our humble tribute, be with God. In particular the great Colin McRae!
I have been looking for that moment for years... "Did you watched the football last night?" Thank you Stage One Technology, thanks to you, I WAS THERE.
Are you high? 2006-2016 was literally the dark age for the WRC. No competition, two unbeatable drivers, most manufacturers leaving... It's doing better since 2017. Cooler cars, more power, more manufacturers (though we could do with 1 or 2 more) and more rallies.
Better than group B by far and i dont think there ever was a dark age for the wrc, even when only 2 manufacturers were in it alot of nailbiting moments happened
These guys are the best drivers in the world. The track conditions and obstacles are always unpredictable, and they never back down. They all have more patience and courage than drivers in any other motorsport.
Markko Märtin and Michael Park, tears of joy and sadness come out of my eyes after watching them in this video. Respect and admiration for such great sportsmen and humans beings.
Everyone deserves to be in the video. While he wasn't the greatest rally driver ever (and far from it) he still put in the effort and that's all that counts.
if only the world's problems could be solved through racing...it's an incredible show of real skill that, while risky, doesn't make countless unnecessary deaths. More people need to watch racing.
Well, this is the pinnacle of rally compilation videos! "Stage One" deserves a nomination for best editing and music combination hands down! It doesn't get any better then this...
It is amazing that even in a sport where the crashes are so incredible, we don't give a damn about them. The way the teams work, and how they keep pushing themselves to the limits every time, how they keep going dispite the damage that they had sustained... This is what the WRC is all about, and it's awesome.
Damn, proud to see that one shot of me was used in this video. Sordo slamming his door in the Monte Carlo 2008. Great video and thx for all the work you people did the last 10 years!!!!!
I guess it's not always enough. Anyway I still liked your video very much, since I started being a hardcore rally fan in 2002 as well. I just realised that by watching it. Thank you very much for it!
amazing video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these years were the best but i thing there are millions of special memories that should have been added . I hope the video was much longer.anyway thanks to the people who made the videojust amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely amazing! Beautiful, brought a tear to my eye. I remember pretty much all of those moments. The WRC will always be king no matter what the political situation in the FIA or global financial climate. Long live the WRC.
Best motorsport ever. It's always a matter of driver and co-driver rather than the car. No matter how good the car is, you still need balls to drive it flat out through a forest. Respect WRC!
It is just a sad view what the sport is nowadays. In my mind WRC was one of the most exciting motorsport categories some years ago. The fights were so tough and dramatic and there were so many incredible talents so that you could not choose for which driver you should cheer. But now the sport changed into bad so fast over the last couple of years it is just sad. Hopefully WRC will have a brighter future!
10 year just scratching the surface, when I started watching WRC there was Ford Escort Mexico and Walter Röhlr in Ascona 400. Then the Audi Quattro showed up and stealed the show, a couple of year later the Peugeot won the show. Then it accelerated to Gruppo B until the regulation stopped it and the show was over. That was my peak and after that it has not catching my interrest.
hoping the glory days of WRC return.... miss the unique drivers and all the fascinating different works cars competing at the same season ! at least Petter stayed in WRC its become so boring nowadays, but I havent lost my hope for better times to come for my once so loved sport
regardless of whether he is any good or not, you kind of have to respect what he is doing. He is one of only a handful of american drivers (3 I believe) to ever compete and score points in the WRC. He is a hero over here in the states who helps bring more of the american audience to the WRC with his showmanship. It's how I discovered WRC anyway and he is one of my favourites. He's also scored in the top 5 once, not a lot of people can say that, regardless of where you are from.
Who still remembers this in 2020? A lot of legends gone too soon in this video 😭 RIP

seven years have passed and this video remains the best on TH-cam
Ten years of a never ending story!

When was it so popular back in 2000's but not anymore? What changed?
I have been looking for that moment for years...
"Did you watched the football last night?" Thank you Stage One Technology, thanks to you, I WAS THERE.
I love this video so much. I remember ALL these moments. This was the best ten years of rallying since the Group B days I would say without a doubt!

@@MentalParadox all we need is to get new championship winner this year
Better than group B by far and i dont think there ever was a dark age for the wrc, even when only 2 manufacturers were in it alot of nailbiting moments happened
@@MentalParadox Erm you realise a large chunk of these clips happened prior to the ten years you talk of....
Thank you to all drivers for giving us the best years of WRC!
The Golden Era of WRC: 1973-2009
These guys are the best drivers in the world. The track conditions and obstacles are always unpredictable, and they never back down. They all have more patience and courage than drivers in any other motorsport.
I know every single moment of it!!! Love this sport!!! Thank you for all of these TV coverages!!!
video full of memories and the wonderful drivers that no longer exist, but they are remembered forever

Rally is amazing, WRC is fantastic, and these Pilots are unbelievable

This was something! I wish they'd feature the 90s as well when rallying was on TV. All that ended after 2005 sadly....

Group B is overrated and didnt last that long

Goddamn im at work trying not to cry... this was absolutely beautiful.

What a picture at 1:34, Colin and Richard, bet ye are having fun wherever ye are lads RIP
Great short video! I was sceptical at the title and the time of it, but it was surprisingly good!
I can't believe that this was 10 years ago. For me it was yesterday!! :(
Beautiful video!

This WRC LEGENDS OF 30 YEARS
amazing
Goosebumps!

I miss the days of McRae, Burns, Gronholm, Solberg, Makinen, Martin et al. Such wonderful years with such wonderful memories.
Amazing video... Really amazing! I loved :)
I don't know a lot about WRC but I love that 206.
Really! Gotta agree on that!
I found it! the song is called
Up on gods shoulders by scorched score music
Music is from Scorched Score - Up On Gods Shoulders on album Invincible Inspiration
This was an awesome clip
1:46.... The most dangerous thing I saw on this video
I remember the 360 at 0:44. He was dominating the stage (and event) to the point he decided to show off for the fans.
So great
hoping the glory days of WRC return.... miss the unique drivers and all the fascinating different works cars competing at the same season !
at least Petter stayed in WRC
its become so boring nowadays, but I havent lost my hope for better times to come for my once so loved sport
really nice, would have liked more if there was just a single footage about Armindo Araujo .
great video!

He's a phony
I got exactly the same opinion! 1995-2005 was the best rally years.
Excellent video :)
1:24 that moment is epic for people who know why Beef is saying that : "Markko where are you?".
God, I love that sport!
Superbe vidéo
