You have pretty nice voice. If you plan to audition again in the future, the first 5-10 seconds are the most important. Put 100% effort into your intro, make it attention-grabbing, visually engaging, and entertaining, as it needs to convince your viewers (judges) not to skip to another video right away and fingers crossed you will convince them
Never give up based on the stories of many of the Hololive girls failed their auditions multiple times until they heard back eventually and even if you never get in you will have a fanbase that supports you and the experience you gain along the way, I wish you the best of luck to you! Honestly these are nice auditions and a great intro for yourself. I'd say they are pretty well made. But I am only gonna say this out of pure encouragement, that they are kinda what you'd expect out of an audition. Those companies probably sift through hundreds of auditions of similar content, so they' re probably looking at ones that stand out, ones that no one else can do. Certainly talent is important, but I think a company like Hololive really leans in on voices with unique qualities and entertaining personalities. I actually think your 2021 audition is stronger in terms of skills they look for, such as improvisation, its just maybe a bit rough and could be more natural sounding. Your 2023 audition feels like you have more experience, but maybe could use stuff like more commentary or storytelling. Only my guess though, so dont take my word as truth, I just think natural improvisation is probably the most important.
Of course, a lot of people fail their auditions with a lot of these agencies and have to keep trying to get chosen by them. I think Suisei had to audition 3-4 times before she got chosen, and iirc, she's part of the 0th generation of hololive. I think other ones had to keep auditioning even more. I think lots of new members may break records for how many times they auditioned before they got accepted. Keep trying! You can do it, no matter how many times you fail! 👍

Nah it’s ok. Indies are on the up and up recently so you have a good shot being equal to them, you just need to build an audience yourself which takes time lol. If you ever need someone to collab with give me a msg!
Vshojo auditions are essentially a waste of time. A lot of indie Vtubers dream of becoming Vshojo members, but I think at this point everyone should realize that most of the new members are either 'business' friends of friends of current members or other content creators with already large communities.
