I understand! Grab the lashes a little higher to make some room for your fingers and pinch slowly. Took me awhile to pinch short lashes. The shortest i can pinch are 9 possibly 8mm.
The way i clean them is with tweezer cleaner, which you can mostly find at any lash brand or the easiest is Amazon. Or you can use 90% rubbing alcohol.
