Lyrics:
Man eatin' momma, steam driven hammer
Sorts the men out from the boys
Takes no messin', all in wrestlin'
Is one of her pride and joys
She a classy, flashy lassy
Imitation sapphire shine
Two faced liar, full of fire
But I know the flame is mine
Rocka rolla woman for a rocka rolla man
You can take her if you want her
If you think you can
Rocka rolla woman for a rocka rolla man
You can take her if you want her you can
She's a grip and choke ya
Heavy smoker
Wrong side of the law
Midnight shady
Good time lady
Heavy, ready show you what for
Barroom fighter
Ten pint a nighter
Definite ninety-nine
Diamond cluster
Knuckle duster
Feline on the borderline
Rocka rolla woman for a rocka rolla man
You can take her if you want her
If you think you can
Rocka rolla woman for a rocka rolla man
You can take her if you want her you can - เพลง
Glenn Tipton always looked like a guy in his late 30's - no matter if he was 22 or 59. Incredible.

@@iwontbebeat7111 Halford is a pickle puffer.
Wow, Rob with hair, KK in groovy clothes, Timpton in platforms. The beginning of the traded guitar riffs. PURE GOLD!
I know! I've never seen Halford with long hair. Looking at them here, it could have been Skynard, lol!
Not to mention the tone from that Strat. Pure gold indeed.
Rob with long hair is GR8 to see. I remember a friend's older brother who had this album. I remember that on the back (or on the sleeve), it was BOB Halford, not ROB!! Even on my CD copy it says "Bob". By the time I got into them, he still had had, just not as long. I started with "Sceaming for Vengeance" & "Unleashed in the East" & worked my way backward to this & other early stuff. Know what I found out? I loved it ALL!! Going forward as well, they ARE "METAL GODS" & have a VERY loyal fanbase. This song may not be their best, but it's good (esp for '74), & it helped get to where they are now - & AS a fan, what a ride it's been!! Long hair/short hair - Metal is Metal & They created some of the BEST to have ever been. Peace!!
I guess in platforms is the bassist Ian Hill
😂😂😂😂👏👏👏👏
You can absolutely hear what they will turn into. Those chords are there, just not as raw an in your face as they will become. This is gold.
Absolutely. That riff that K.K. Downing is playing is heavy as hell.

Wouldn't call it gold, but you got a point. You can absolutely hear that distinctive metal roar of Priest in there.
Early Judas Priest is just absolutely amazing! This album is a masterpiece. It's incredible how much they changed and how much heavier they got over the years. It's crazy to think this is the same band who did Painkiller.
my fave JP album!!!
Metal Gods.....Metal Gods
Man Judas Priest are the first four álbuns, all the others are overestimated, is not Judas Priest !
José Vitor, obviously it's all JP. However, I would say that their earlier works were their best.
It's like listening to Scorpions Lonesome Crow, and realizing it's the same band that did Blackout snd First Sting. But 3 of the 5 members changed by then, this is basically the same band minus the drummer.
The sound of this song is like a passive Heavy Metal waiting to explode at some time. The rest is history.
Judas Priest were forced to reduce the heaviness of their music and cut any "non-commercial" songs om the first album. The metal is definitely hiding here, but it wasn't until their later albums that they fully got to express it.
And they did erupt starting with Sad wings of destiny in 1976.
Yea, it's a little "held back" ; )
parole sante!
The guitar technology was not yet developed. Modern “heavy” tones didn’t really hit until the 80’s. Early tube amps in particular had low gain (distortion) characteristics even at high volumes. That’s what made historic hard rock/metal so good..the band was limited in gear but unlimited in creativity and TALENT (auto tune sucks!) rock on!
I am so happy that this was included in the Setlist for the 50 years of Heavy Metal tour, and lucky enough to see it live. This song remains one of my favorite Judas Priest songs, and it’s one that is criminally underrated as with a lot of the material on the Rocka Rolla album.
Who cares about ratings, this song rocks the pants off just about anything
@@allee190 No doubt!!🙋

Sad wings is my favorite album
The first Judas Priest song I ever heard was Victim of Changes on Sad Wings of Destiny back in high school in the late 70's partying with some friends skipping class, so I went to go buy the album but when I got to the record store I did not know that this was the 1st album. I saw they also had Rocka Rolla but did not know the songs but figured if I like the 2nd album the 1st one has got to be good too so I did and was not disappointed...went on to buy every album they ever recorded and saw them in concert many times. I firmly believe that if these young lads put forth a worthy effort and continue with their band, they might just make it.
Not John Hinch. They fired him a year after this, purely because he sucked. And he cried like a baby. 😆
Actually Hinch was a very capable drummer but his interpersonal conflicts with Tipton sealed his fate.
You can’t have two alpha males in the same group, I guess.

Almost could be blues in early days. Hard to believe how much talent before he was, "THE METAL GOD"!!!!!!
@@timothyhosek3551 The style of rock/metal that Judas Priest evolved to play from the mid 70s grew out of the blues rock and progressive rock of the late 60s and early 70s in the UK. The Al Atkins songs, from the earliest days, are deeply rooted in the blues rock of the era.

Judas priest in my opinion are one of the most underrated bands of all time ever glen tipton and kk Downing are pure genius guitarist , Dave Holland kick ass drummer and rob halford one of the best male singers of all time ever and the bass player is very good too , they were and still are awesome in about four different eras the 70s , 80s , 90s and the 2000's !!! I don't think they formed until the 70s but I am sure they were all playing and singing in the 60s too probably ?
How in the world are Judas Priest "one of the most underrated bands of all time"? The were in fact one of the biggest and most popular heavy metal bands of the '80s, and sold close to 50 million albums worldwide. Even people who aren't into heavy metal have at least heard of them. Underrated? Seriously??
yeah they are really underrated i believe. all of their albums are mindblowing but theyve never sold that much copies. i mean, its a known name, but if you ask a person who isnt really in the metal scene to name a classic 80's heavymetal band, they probably wouldnt even think of judas priest and its a shame. they are truly and clearly the gods of heavymetal
I think bands like the Beatles, Iron Maiden, Who, Pink Floyd and Metallica are way more underrated
Jeff O if you compare their current fame to that of Zeppelin, Deep Purple and also AC/DC, Maiden or Metallica you’ll notice they’re considerably less popular, especially among young generation which happens to love the last three bands. And by the amount of importance I think Priest is close to the level of Zeppelin and Deep Purple and much higher than the last three.
Weirdly enough even though Priest gets the recognition they deserve, nowadays they’re way less popular than many bands from the 80s and 90s which were in the Priest’s shade back then. Maybe they lost the marketing game for millennials and gen z to other bands, I don’t know.
Comes from an admin of a metal page on Instagram, was surprised when found out about it too.
