I tried getting choir for a friend & we completed encore but he didn’t receive it until he unlocked act 3 ( the mission itself ig) & he beated a second time which is when he got it , so if bungie applied the same rules this time then you might have to run it on your account

I think so because of the weakening effect basically making a huge chunk of the ammo count do increased dps
