@@machiavelZongo it's the difference between "not" and "never" that you should learn. Example: I don't go, I never go, etc. Never is the opposite of always.

Great question! "Have not been" means you haven't done something yet or up to now, while "have never been" means you've at no time in the past done it. For example, "I have not been to Paris this year" vs. "I have never been to Paris in my life."
