A male bison shows off with a branch headdress in Yellowstone National Park. We were driving south toward Norris when we saw this bison walking calmly down the road with this branch hooked on one of his horns. To attract a female bison the bulls are known to dress up there look using tree branches. It was interesting to see him do this now since the rut is not usually until July.

He just decided to look much better with a decoration hanging from his horn. I love the bison's swagger!
