I worked for Reb Zalman z"l for several years in the 1980s, before he moved to CO. It's wonderful to hear his testimony.

What a brilliant man. We are so blessed that he shared his memories. I love how thoughtful he is, closing his eye to recall his childhood memories.

Wonderful man, with great storytelling talent. We are all privileged to hear this testimony. Thank you, and may you rest in peace.
Interesting perspective from survivor, to Rabbi to philosopher. So glad you have his testimony.
Thank you Rabbi for reminding me to look forward and not to drive looking in the rearview mirror! Grace and Kindness

Wow, this man looks very interesting, smart and kind, has a beautiful personality very humble man..!
great interviewer and a great story from Rabbi Zalman How fortunate you and your family were.
Erudite and then some. He is a very learned man- I'm glad he and his family escaped.
Quite so. He is a polyglot, and English is not his mother tongue, yet he speaks it effortlessly and in fully formed-sentences. Few native speakers of English have his facility with the language!
@@ajarnwordsmith628 I had to stop speaking proper English when I moved to this *-sigh-* place. The locals called me a snob. Since I've met so many good people at my church, I can speak well without offending anyone, but I speak slower and *-sigh-* I let the Participles dangle. :)
@@rescuepetsrule6842 Quite so...again. I'm not too worried about dangling participles and the like, but remain flabbergasted. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that my flabber has never been so gasted...
Thank you for your testimony.
Amen x what a blessing to watch such a wise and wonderful man; a privilege indeed x thank you and much love and God Bless from the UK xx
