Hi, before I purchase a box I would like to know if any of these boxes will broadcast an audio signal in surround sound, 5.1 or other? And do you still recommend the vseeBox Elite or are you now recommending something else? Thank you for any help you can offer, -Don
As I am new to IPTV boxes like this myself and only have the VSeeElite box and just in the begins of understand EVERYTHING what I can tell you so far I found a setting that says to "play audio that is comparable with your device". I have a Dolby speaker bar and I hear in stereo. I also noticed in some of the apps that have an additional settings and in one app i cant remember which one (I think it was an app and ill update if I was wrong) I did seen an option for Dolby to be turned on but it was greyed out and I could select nothing. Audio is ok, but quality on video for me is more important since I mostly watch programs produced before the digital age. So you will definitely get stereo, how well you will like what you hear I can't say. There is also a audio pass-through option as well for additional equipment. I watch mostly older programs. I am watching WestWorld right now from HBO and the audio quality is fine with no issues, by the video quality is DARKER that I remember when I watched it originally back in 2016
