Yes, I too suffered a lot in the last two years. Been to many Rheumatologists. None of the usual medications were helping me. I was nearly bedridden. I used to be a runner, I used to go to the gym for an hour every single day is my life for nearly 10 years but I could now hardly walk. Sitting on a chair and getting up brought tears to my eyes due to the pain.
Thankfully I was recommended to Dr Shinde. He customised and figured out exactly what combination of medication works plus he seems to have researched all the latest avilable medications.
Glad to say finally I feel so much better in just six months. I actually went running again. Short distance just one kilometre but I had tears of happiness because in 2021 I thought I can't ever walk leave alone run ever in my life.
My grandmother had R.A and her knees fused she could barely walk.
Anyway so all I want to say to all the people with RA diagnosis take treatment at once and take the medication regularly don't stop just because you feel better, this disease is not to be taken lightly. And also don't get worried about the side effects, it's usually mild and not as scary as it seems.
And Dr Shinde is the best, I can say for sure. Because I have been to so many Rheumatologists before.

Thanks for this video giving basic information on arthritis and it's myths. Kudos to Dr.Shinde and both the participants for so candidly sharing their experiences. Both of you are a beacon of hope for several others who have or who are going through this. Overall a very informative and motivating session.

Along with mindset, medication, diet, there is also exercise , i cant stress it enough. Some sort of low intensity exercises or yoga is extremely helpful to releive pain and strengthen body and mind. I do a combination of the two.🧘‍♀🚴🏃‍♀
So thankful to Namitaji and her team towards bringing awareness to RA and letting us speak on it.☺

Thankyou Dr for giving hope to every RA patient that good quality life can be restored . I have observed Nisha from her childhood days very positive and bubbly girl. As her yoga teacher I have seen her going through strong pains, she has trained her mind to move on . Pains don't rule on her mind. Nisha is an inspiration for people around.

When my daughter Rachita was diagnosed with RA, as a father I was shocked and felt bad that at such an early age this disease attacked her. But my angel fought this battle like a soldier under the able guidance/treatment of Dr. Shushant Shinde. Now she feels better than earlier. So my dear friends, this disease can be treated with medication, self-confidence and a healthy lifestyle. Thank you.

Very well presented. Emcure has done a wonderful job of presenting all aspects of this disease from onset to progression and cure very transparently and factually. The video has also wonderfully presented the reality of the people who have experienced RA first hand without making them out to be victims but strong, independent and real human beings who have fought a hard battle and still have a zest for life, giving hope to many who may have been just diagnosed or experiencing the challenging phases of RA. Kudos to the team and to the heros who are fighting to win!

Nisha is an inspiration to many. I have always seen her always bubbly and fun loving girl. How much ever pain she is in she will never crib and always has a positive approach towards life. I must also say Nisha's mom , has also given in a lot hardwork behind her. Being in a wheel chair to getting back to her feet. It was a long way Nisha. Thanks to the doctor to come up with this session and giving us an awareness on RA
