@@ACommenterOnTH-cam Thanks for Engine 101ing me sir. Just so you know, if you are going to title a video "How an engine is made." You'd better start from scratch. Wonder if these engines get the obligatory 20 minutes of run time to break in the flat tappet camshafts, especially before dyno-ing them for max horsepower/torque readings.

calling rocker arms, valves and springs components that "regulate the pressure" is something only someone who doesn't understand would say to describe em.
You need to get your facts and vocabulary straight. Blocks and heads are cast, not forged. They're made in factories, not warehouses. Valves don't regulate the pressure, they admit fuel and expel combustion products.
No Torque plate being used, heating the connecting rod for pin installation & no clean room for Engine assembly basically! This is the wrong way in building a performance engine!!🤦♂️😑
I've never been more sure of something than I am of the fact the narrator has no idea how an engine works or even what an engine is. Also I can't believe the WOKE Business Insider used the word "Marriage" multiple times. CANCEL THEM IMMEDIATELY!
Huh? Marriage is commonly used as describing the process of joining two sub assemblies together. It's engineer fancy speak for assembly. There's nothing woke about it.

Very nicely informative! A good start here.
LOVED THE VIDEO,
ALSO DO A FACTORY INSIDE VIDEO OF JAPANESE MANUFACTURERS LIKE TOYOTA , HONDA AND WHY THEY ARE SO RELIABLE
Their parts go through more extensive and rigorous testing which is why their cars are so reliable most of the time.

So they straight up revvv tf out of that cold new engine?
Without oil it seems

I think Blueprint only offers a couple flat tappet cam engines, the overwhelming majority are hydraulic rollers.

Testing an engine on dyno without engine break-in !!! And they tell us to drive slow when new !
😂
Engine isn’t going to break that easily
That’s what I always wondered about
You do know there is a massive load difference between the street and the dyno?
@@joker432 Yeah, I think dyno only measures how fast the engine produces torque right? It doesn’t put the drivetrain and car weight on it?

Kinda unique engine. I’m Europe we don’t have many engines without overhead cams.

Do they make these engines for a Tesla model X ?
I think so.

Exactly 👌🏼
They need a better script writer
They can be what ever they want to be, So they identify as pressure now a days. 🥴
And the combustion process doesn't push the pistons up and down. It only forces them down.
Now show us how the engine is made, the block. Geez
Interesting. Chevy. Ford. Chrysler.
Fantastic engine options 🤣🤣🤣what a joke
Better then garbage European engines that won’t pass 200k miles or the JDM engines that won’t make over 300 hp NA.

Ah yes, the valves to adjust pressure in the combustion chamber
lol This is what they do. They have other purposes also but at the root, it's all about pressure. That's what valves work with (pressure).
