Of course there are also possible fertility issues, which, although encompassing the vast minority of casses (especially in females), is present. However, there is no evidence linking puberty blockers to complete infertility for the rest of a child's life, only resulting in reduced fertility in the minority of cases. It is also important to note that infertility (along with the aforementioned increased blood pressure and reduced bone density) can be caused by various other medications like certain antidepressants, antibiotics, and even chemo, the former 2 which are semi-regularly provided to children on ac case by case basis.

Get your facts straight and discuss this challenging issue with the careful nuance required. Otherwise, you’ll continue losing support around the very specific “trans” issues (i.e. GAC, sports, female spaces, etc.) that have animated not just conservative opposition.
When we say "reversible" we are referring the resumption of puberty after the fact, not any downstream effects which, mind you, can be supplemented and minimalized through the use of other medications

Puberty blockers can (emphasis on CAN, this is only sometimes the case) lead to decreased bone density and cardiovascular issues specifically high blood pressure, the former can be mitigated through the use of calcium pills and other restorative bone agents/minerals and the ladder which can be mitigated through the use of medications like guanfacine. Of course there are also possible fertility issues, which, although encompassing the vast minority of casses (especially in females), is present. However, there is no evidence linking puberty blockers to complete infertility for the rest of a child's life, only resulting in reduced fertility in the minority of cases. It is also important to note that infertility (along with the aforementioned increased blood pressure and reduced bone density) can be caused by various other medications like certain antidepressants, antibiotics, and even chemo, the former 2 which are semi-regularly provided to children on ac case by case basis.
