I was told that helicopters in this area are supposed to maintain 200ft altitude. The Blackhawk that struck the plane was flying substantially higher than the 200ft protocol. This info was given to me by a retired helicopter pilot that flew in that area. Not sure if this protocol has changed. I read that the plane was flying at 400ft. In its approach to the runway along the Potomac river. The plane was reverted to land on the shorter of the two runways. What we don’t know is the altitude of the plane when it was struck by the helicopter.

The NTSB used to reconstruct the aircraft(s) involved as part of their investigations. Do they still do this? How does the military copter involvement complicated this?
Its the year 2025 are you not able to have a mic for the questions from the press? And you listed a lot of investigations on the plane but we all seen the helicopter was the cause of this. Don't try to hang this on the plane pilots.

The protocol is correct but the altitude of both is speculation so far
