Light travel at 670 616 629 miles per hour in vacuum, yet it takes light over 100.000 years to travel across our own Milky Way. Just mind boggling.
It takes 100.000 years for a photon to travel from the Sun’s core to the surface…so when it hits Earth the Sun’s light is 100.000 years + 8 minutes old.
@@ltdada74 how can observe universe 93 billion lightyears when the universe is 15 Billion lightyears old?
@@OmegamonUI it aint "lightyears" old, only "years" old
@@OmegamonUIbecause the universe (or the space between matter) is expanding…so when light emitted at 1 billion lightyear distance, by the time it reaches us the distance between the source from which it originated is much more than a billion lightyears away because in the time it took to travel the distance the universe has expanded and the source is now much further away.
The source of the light we detect that was emitted near the beginning of the universe 13.6 billion years ago is now 93 billion years away because of the expansion. We know it should be 93 billion lightyears because of the Hubble Constant which describes the universe’s rate of expansion.
The further an object is from us the faster it moves away from us because there is more space between us that is expanding.
@@ltdada74 ah ok thank you. thrn can say the light is faster then light. because the expansion.
I loved the beginnings...where I was like, "Meatball....Meatball....another meatball....yet another meatball".
So entertaining!
Ya estoy diciendo que
An interesting fact is that a person is closer in size to the observable universe than to the Planck length, and if you increase the Planck length to the size of a person of average height, then the person will be about 200 million times larger than the observable universe.
Wow 😨
It would take LESS brain cells to stretch across the entire observable universe, than it would take for a single Planck length to stretch across a brain cell
That's a great sign that we are closer to greatness than to nothingness. Yet the devil will continue to spread his lies telling us that we are nothing etc. Greatness is not too far away and we just need to believe in it. Thanks to God for Jesus Christ who died for our sins.
Also skin color
@@5stringkingBy average height, he means a range of 160-180 cm, not a specific figure. In any case, the numbers are in the region of 200 million, give or take, and that's about what I wrote. I hope I understood your comment correctly, I just don't know English and translated everything through a translator.
Thanks to the man who went out there and measured all these stuffs
He has one heck of a tape measure!!
It was a woman.
@Garabella okay then, thanks to the woman
Those supermassive Black Holes are crazy monsters 💪 Magnificent video, thx 🙏
But still nothing compared to hypergalaxies.IC 1101 has about 100 trillon stars.
@@techdefined9420 saydın mı laa 100 trilyon yıldızı? kim saymış? nasıl saymış? neye göre saymış?
@@techdefined9420 that is not the largest galaxy
Happy new year, I hope you dont stop doing videos.
House cat: 46 cm
Slightly larger house cat: 46.5 cm
One slightly larger than that: 47 cm ...
Great video! The way you present economic data with 3D visuals is really impressive. Keep up the amazing work!
Have been waiting for a delivery from the horsehead nebula for a while now, hope it gets here soon !!! got to love these mind bending animations , global data being my favourite. Keep them coming.
Here before this blows up
Excellent comparison video!
14:32 video starts here
Ye basically
Happy New Year, Creator of Comparisons.
Happy new year!
Good vídeo bro happy new year 2025.
next is 2026
20:09 Laniakea supercluster looks like a human heart. 20:15 Hercules Corona Borealies Great Wall structure looks like a human DNA.
Laniakea, Alcyoneus, and the Great Wall feel like structures of irradiance in their purest potential. The assembly of titanic light forms feel as if they define existence in their universe- yet tangent to the extremes of black holes and dark matter, with the hyper theoretical sense of white holes and dark energy.
Ohh God This is fantastic clips 👏 thanks ❤
this size comparison makes no sense when you have a hydrogen atom visually bigger than the atoms in the molecule following it...animate the scale too
First thing I thought. I stopped the video there.
Shows your lack of education.😂
a neutron being too big next to an aminoacid, outdated T. rex model, plus several animal taxa not properly named, for example... "adult male gorilla" but which one of the two gorilla species? "ladybug"? WHICH ladybug? there are 6,000 known ladybug species of different sizes compared to the unnamed one in the video, hundreds of them having a red and black-spotted appearance, it does not takes a lot to say "Ladybug" with a subtitle (Coccinella septempunctata), like how Neptune had (Ice Giant) under it.
informative videos shouldn't be misleading or vague, this is the kind of video people can take for granted without doing research and calling it a day
my oh my, nice to also find the “ Ackchyually” section vibrant and alive in the comments ✨
@@galex2000 people are caring about science in a video about science? 😱
Wish you a very Happy New year 2025!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why is there a "grain of salt" included? are we supposed to take everything here with a grain of salt?
Actually yes because if you saw how big is neutron compared to aminoacid... something is off
ba dum tss
Bro you missed to put HD 100564 b before Sun🤫
❤🎑Very interesting video.❤Thank you ! ❤🎆👍👍👍👍👍🙏👌
Stoked for the 2026 model
Somebody missed the chance to put "yo mama" at the end.
NAAHHH
This is just mind-boggling madness. It's impossible to truly conceive of the true size and scales we're dealing with here. And there's actually people on our planet who think "space is fake". No, it's just that your pea brain can't even begin to fathom it. At least we here can begin.
Right like they love to doubt anything their told. And refuse any explanation. It's like makes me literally upset to hear people say outlandish things about space. One of my favorite subjects. I could talk for hours on end about space as long as we both are open to criticism or ideas etc because our knowledge isn't perfect but I mean come on we are not on a globe flat earth simulation that sasquatch from Andromeda governs for lizardmen for their entertainment.
The best thing
To me.
But it was the best thing I ever watched.❤
i like how it went from planck length to neutron. That is. 10^-35 metres to 1 fm
18:19 wait, thats in my Wallet 😮
This whole video reminds me of an episode of the Magic Schoolbus. Also...Coronavirus got HIV looking like the Earth to

Can you do animal size comparison with 1000 animals including extinct animals
2 seconds in and I already can’t fathom the sizes of anything
Happy New Year 🎉🎉
Our minds can barely grasp or comprehend the scale of Jupiter, let alone our sun or anything beyond that.
Thank you for a nice comparison explanation
After the universe, 🫵 your mother!
I am the universe. 🥺
Now imagine that the universe is a proton of something else...
Wonderful. tks
The asteroid sizes are quite scary, ngl. They're literally bigger than our biggest mountain with way more mass, and travelling at speeds of up to 25km per second. It's no wonder the dinosaurs didn't survive.
what is the name of the first song in this video?
found it it is heaven and hell by jeremy blake
Good idea but the part between the moskito the buildings was long and useless I think
the wolf has disappeared
your blackhole so cool
At the beginning and at the end I felt dizzy
Saturn is so big, you barely find any Personal thete 😞😁
Imagine if he put a surprise object at the end that was labeled “Yo Momma”
The universe is amazing! ❤
Okay so we are just gonna ignore the Los Santos school bus?? 😂😂😂
Next animal size comparison please
We are smaller then a smallest grain of dust😮❤ unimaginable distances😮
So, the diameter of the observable universe is approximately 5.44×10^61 Planck lengths.
Btw. I love Tardigrades!
I barely understood what you just said unfortunately
I can’t be the only one that looked up the giant turtle thinking it was something still around 😂
That golden retriever looked kind of small.
I didn't know the Space Needle was smaller than the Arch.
Tokyo Tower 😅 They ripped off the Eiffel Tower.
I feel smol now.
That's why God LOVE us all!
How many other guys were mad that the grizzly bear was bigger than the polar bear?
okay i knew pulsars were small but i didn’t think they were THAT small 😮
Perfeito ❤
I'd like to see Olympus Mons in there, right up there with a pulsar and a black hole. That's a mountain.
3:33 is spelled Amoeba
Do you mean? 3:32 this word is spelled amoeba not Ameba.
I got a feeling whe are mutch closer of infinity small than infinity big but maybe there is much more smaller thing whe dont know yet
Thanks
I never liked this videos in which someone shows 20 items on the same factor and then suddently it jumps a factor of 10-15 ahead.
I would love to see a video showing scales sizes in which each element is one order higher than previous one, and the sizes increases ratio remains constant through the whole clip
Happy New Year 🥳
Every structure is more than perfect ..in harmony with the universe

Is the biggest star or the biggest known star approximately 75% as large as, or 75% as large as the smallest galaxy or smallest known galaxy?
stephenson and UY scuti are shrunken in size as of the latest observations of these stars, leaving VY Canis Majoris still bigger than both, even WOH g64 was shrunken to 800 solar radii. now the largest star is called RSGC1
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Omg we can Messi here 4:05
Gotta say, a black hole with an event horizon 590 billion KM in diameter is just downright intimidating.
What does fm mean?
First time I saw the "Statue of Unity." Holy cow! (it's in India, appropriately enough, where there are a lot of holy cows) That is one huge statue!
Thanks for not putting ds like "godverse"
Look at the first object into the last one.... how u feel when you hear it? 😮
Happy New Year! What software do you use to make comparison ?
Earth is a Planck compared to everything else. Kinda scared, kinda intrigued.
Tigress and Lion. Male Tiger is Bigger then a Male Lion.
bro on Mercury, put the freaking "t" on terrestrial!
The lengths to heights measuments made me uneasy 😂 like why tho
Dang the universe is so big
An interesting fact is that a person is closer in size to the observable Universe than to the Planck length, and if the Planck length is increased to the size of a person with an average height of 170 cm, then the person will be 205 million times larger than the observable universe.

Inaccuracies all over the place. These are not absolute values and don't perceive them as such. Do your own research if you need accurate information and specifics. Nevertheless thank you for the video it is very extensive and a lot of work has gone into it.
These scales are waaaayyyyy off.
