- G'day Viewers! In this episode I restore a London Bus sent to me by Johnny V at Johnny V's Custom Garage in Tassie! It's lost the bottom deck seats and has bent bits everywhere, but it came out great in the end. DON'T FORGET! I absolutely love seeing these little cars from my childhood getting a new lease of life.
It reminds me of when my uncle used to take me to Woolworths every week to buy me a little Matchbox or Dinky car.🚗🚌🚕

Fabulous restoration Pete. No wonder Stan Butler was always in trouble with blakey he had to keep rebuilding the seats when he got to the cemetery gates.

Classy stuff PB......lovely finish. Buses and fire engines always have that little 'something' when they're done well like that. I don't think it's just the red; there's just something.....
Anyhoo, like we used to say over here when we had proper transport services, there'll be another one along in a minute....or two, by the looks of it in your case 👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻
Mind you, we also used to say 'you wait ages for a bus, then three come along at once', so maybe it wasn't all so rosy back then....🤔

You should know better than that Graham. I got a colony of geckos in that shed. And something else that's messing up the floor and one of my paint jobs. I have to do something about it. And stop shilling Temu mate, you'll send me broke😉🤣
@@PBsRetroRestorations lol, I really am sorry about Temu mate. I saw something run behind a picture the other nite. I had a quick look. Baby gecko. I carefully put the picture back before Mrs saw wot was going on. Otherwise we b up half the nite chasing it around. Funny I made rat bait holder out piece of PVC 100mm pipe, but rat 🐀 ate thru the packet in the shed and not out the pipe. Crazy
