Was going to pull for Navia... but now I can't decide between her and Nilou. On the one hand, I really like Navia's character and enjoyed her parts during the Archon quest a lot. I also liked trying her out during past events. Plus: I don't really have many strong Geo characters. I mean, I got many Geo characters (Noelle, Geo MC, Ningguang, Zhongli, Yun Jin, Gorou), but Zhongli is the only one I've built somewhat "decent" (only invested in HP because of the shield). So Geo teams have always been a weak spot for me and I thought getting Navia might help. On the other hand, Niolu teams seem to be quite easy to use (which would be perfect for me :-D). Nilou herself seeems to be easy to build and the bloom damage is quite high. Up until now, I've preferred (Hyper-)Bloom teams over simple bloom teams. Right now, my main overworld teams consists of C1 Nahida, C6 Xingqiu, C1 Kuki (for additional healing/EM) and C0 Zhongli (for shielding) / C0 Kazuha (for grouping). After seeing this video however, I might be considering switching to a pure bloom team with Nilou instead. Decisions, decisions... xD
Good luck. I was very skeptical before I pulled for Navia. Now, her C0, she is on my most top tier list. I can't speak about Nilou because I don't have her. However, I have Arlecchino, Neuvillette, Hu Tao, Alhaitham, Ayaka, and some others. The two characters that I like most are Navia and Arlecchino. They are fun to play and get the job done quickly.
i seen the special program with Emilie shes a Perfumer and Crime scene clean up. and they hype that up like its the coolest combination. she make perfume by day, at night she's a higher level janitor. Crime scene clean up is one of the very last jobs i would want to do. it forced on cleaning things from dead people. they hyper it as a detective or police officer
Next update looks great! Hoyo made a .8 version very interesting that is so encouraging,i just got furina's c1 and i'm super happy but i just realized that i want emilie!! I hope i get her,from 4.8 she is the only character i don't have haha
I'm going for Yelan , And one more thing... I think with this new end game mode, focusing on multiple character is better option than having cons . ( As a semi f2p Player ) .
If I were to start a new account, I would not get Yelan. She is constellation dependant and without c1 she is half of the character. I had her c0 and I didn't enjoy her costant energy problems. Now I have her c1 and she is good, but not worth the cost imo. With Furina and Neuvi around, she is not the top hydro character anymore. Her mobility is overrated since using burst in the overworld is often not preferable. Nowdays, I use her mostly for the abyss with Raiden.

Yeah, Yelan sucks for mechanic gameplay to satisfy gameplay scale HP still energy recharge and cooldown. Navia looks pretty friendly and manages satisfy.

I already have Nilou in my other account, Navia is pretty and all but I don't have any viable weapons which is fine by me, Claymores ain't my thing anyways. I also want Emilie but not that much, maybe when she rerun? My problem is between pulling Yelan so I can have my Mono Hydro team complete or saving for Columbina because I want signature weapon and C0 - C2 at least.

I only have events done(it was so short) but have all of Fontaine and Sumeru(haven't gotten to desert yet) to do. And I guess some of the theater but I haven't got 18 characters lvled up. Ya think I still have a chance??

To be honest, what you’re hoping for is damn near impossible, even if you clock like 5 hours a day grinding primos I would start looking at future banners- including Natlan- but you can still go for as many primos as possible and hope to get an early Relying on exploration to get a character works if you’re later into pity but for that amount of primos you realistically need weeks of dailies and events
That 3 star bow for Yelan with HP %.... i think it was only available form chests in the overworld and i was using these as fuel to level up my other weapons and so i don't have that bow anymore and there's no way to get it again, sadly. Hoyo, please fix that, give us NPC that sells 3 star weapons! p.s. Luckily for me i got Aqua Simulacra, still others might have not been that lucky and might also not have that 3 star bow. Favonious bow is not that great tbf.

Since you already have a good flexible on field hydro dps yelan would be a better option overall but if you want to wait for neuvi he does the same things that Ayato can do just more damage
Nilou is insanely f2p friendly- although having Nahida really takes her to the next level Depends what kinda teams you’re interested in/able to build Yelan is much more versatile for sure though
Navia definitely pull Priority, Yelan is second choice if expectations your satisfaction meets in Meta. Nilou doesn't kill elemental shield abyss Fatui, Emilie not too priority when got Baizhu

Nilou, she pretty much constructs a completely f2p team for u, and isn't as bad against single target as u think. BUT.. If you're having trouble dodging then maybe zhongli (but ur gonna naturally learn to eye frame later) or maybe u have Neuvillette or hutao or wanderer and u want a good shielder for these, then zhongli would be such a comfort pick, good luck :)

Lol if your account have already a lot of five stars but still cant experience doing 36 stars in abyss just get Nilou. Her restriction is literally paying off with her power level that she brings to team. I've been waiting to get her for ages especially I can slot her with Neuvilette that could easily bring more aoe damage that is usually a problem to enemies that aren't easily cc or scattered around. Yelan is for someone that really needs a good hydro applier and has several on field dps characters that can utilize her. Yes her dmage can much of that on field dps but lol its nothing to Nilou's aoe dmg that doesnt require much brain power and courage to work on....In yelan's case u not only need her hp but also crit stats that arent easily accessible because of the game's rng. Nilou should be relevant in Natlan by the fact dendro is seeing some sunlight again after resting itself for a whole yr.

Don't go for nilou bc she isn't great with Furina, sadly Go for Yelan if you use main pyro characters Wait for C2 Nahida if you use main electro characters

Zhongli or furina will come after like atleast 2 patches so u can get yelan now. But if u hv xingqui built with a few constellations u can skip yelan to save more n get both zhongli n furina when they arrive

@gengen5583 I have C0 Yelan on fav bow and I have a C6 Xinqui on sac sword both with crit stats of 50/142 and 45/139 respectively. I get way more damage with my Arlecchino with Yelan in the team. There are more vapes. I just pair Bennett and Kazuha with in the team. They shred. Kazuha with sac sword, Bennett with skyward blade and Arlecchino has a deathmatch. If you have these characters, keep them as a team. Also, Furina is arguably the best character in the game and fits in with every team basically because of her buffs so if anyone is a must pull, it's her.
I heard Emilie’s weapon is super niche for her If you aren’t going for her you have the potential to end up with an unfortunate pull- still, it has crit rate and gives buffs when you trigger burning (so Arlecchino, Thoma?) some energy restoration with that and attack%
yelan definitely good for sub-dps/dmg buffer/versatile in many team/hydro applier purpose (tho there are many other more consistent better hydro appliers), i guess you can try to pull her

If you need off field.. or sub dps or hydro enabler... Yelan is REAAALYY good.. but if you want someone to clear abyss with then take nilou.. easy to build and clears abyss without any efforts

You don't really need geo..but if you want I would say.. wait for natlan release you can get zhongli then or new geo characters who are supposed to be good but you can never go wrong with yelan she's that good..
Def Nilou. The only downside is she only works with hydro *and* dendro units only. No other elements allowed, even Geo or Anemo C0 + Hp based sword is sufficient. Make sure Nilou is lv 90 for max damage.
With nahida it will be fine but that is with nahida, mono pyro and alota other teams won't use nahida. nahida generates 9-12 particles every 20 seconds which is about 21-24 energy for emily.(Emily is not catching this energy) Using the average particle generation form emily 4-3 thats about 7-8 which is on the high end 32. With the average particle generation of 3-4 non dendro per party mate that's about 5-6 energy which gives about 38 energy with you needing 12 energy as a extra. So around 120-130 er with nahida.

Lol if your account have already a lot of five stars but still cant experience doing 36 stars in abyss just get Nilou. Her restriction is literally paying off with her power level that she brings to team. I've been waiting to get her for ages especially I can slot her with Neuvilette that could easily bring more aoe damage that is usually a problem to enemies that aren't easily cc or scattered around. Yelan is for someone that really needs a good hydro applier and has several on field dps characters that can utilize her. Yes her dmage can much of that on field dps but lol its nothing to Nilou's aoe dmg that doesnt require much brain power and courage to work on....In yelan's case u not only need her hp but also crit stats that arent easily accessible because of the game's rng. Nilou should be relevant in Natlan by the fact dendro is seeing some sunlight again after resting itself for a whole yr.
I have C2 Furina and C1 Xingqui (also a guarantee). So should I pull for Yelan or Nilou? (I have C0 Nahida). Please suggest because I like both the characters and I can only afford to pull for one.
Don't go for nilou bc she isn't great with Furina, sadly
Go for Yelan if you use main pyro characters
Wait for C2 Nahida if you use main electro characters

As a arlecchino haver too I am going to pull for yelan I saw tons of vids and they say she’s very good supp for arlecchino so I would go for her
Zhongli or furina will come after like atleast 2 patches so u can get yelan now. But if u hv xingqui built with a few constellations u can skip yelan to save more n get both zhongli n furina when they arrive

@gengen5583 I have C0 Yelan on fav bow and I have a C6 Xinqui on sac sword both with crit stats of 50/142 and 45/139 respectively. I get way more damage with my Arlecchino with Yelan in the team. There are more vapes. I just pair Bennett and Kazuha with in the team. They shred. Kazuha with sac sword, Bennett with skyward blade and Arlecchino has a deathmatch. If you have these characters, keep them as a team. Also, Furina is arguably the best character in the game and fits in with every team basically because of her buffs so if anyone is a must pull, it's her.

If you aren’t going for her you have the potential to end up with an unfortunate pull- still, it has crit rate and gives buffs when you trigger burning (so Arlecchino, Thoma?) some energy restoration with that and attack%

yelan definitely good for sub-dps/dmg buffer/versatile in many team/hydro applier purpose (tho there are many other more consistent better hydro appliers), i guess you can try to pull her

update: I pull for nilou to use nahida but I regret it since it was a guaranteed and 78 pulls but I got yelan after 27 pulls so I feel overwhelmed 😂

If you need off field.. or sub dps or hydro enabler... Yelan is REAAALYY good.. but if you want someone to clear abyss with then take nilou.. easy to build and clears abyss without any efforts

@@ahmadtaufiq7788 yes she's great at c0.. mine does 8k in one water blade so.. 24k with each basic attack.. plus hydro reaction plus.. she buffs with her ult.. you will just need er weapon at c0 and it's fine ..and..geo..well... You don't really need geo..but if you want I would say.. wait for natlan release you can get zhongli then or new geo characters who are supposed to be good but you can never go wrong with yelan she's that good..
Def Nilou. The only downside is she only works with hydro *and* dendro units only. No other elements allowed, even Geo or Anemo
C0 + Hp based sword is sufficient. Make sure Nilou is lv 90 for max damage.

Don't spread misinformation, emilie will need around 180-190 er based on zagef and tgs calcs.
Her burst cost is 50
If her burst cost is 50 energy, you can literally test Nahida in game right now with 0 energy and she'll still have her burst up every rotations
I told you, go to zagef and he says you will need 178% er and always add 10% or else your burst won't be consistent.
With nahida it will be fine but that is with nahida, mono pyro and alota other teams won't use nahida. nahida generates 9-12 particles every 20 seconds which is about 21-24 energy for emily.(Emily is not catching this energy) Using the average particle generation form emily 4-3 thats about 7-8 which is on the high end 32. With the average particle generation of 3-4 non dendro per party mate that's about 5-6 energy which gives about 38 energy with you needing 12 energy as a extra. So around 120-130 er with nahida.

Navia: You don't have any strong DPS. She can provide Raw DMG and push you account to the endgame.
Yelan (Pull her): Must pull, since you don't have Xingqiu C6. Don't even think about it, she is the best pull for your account.
Nilou: One of the strongest characters, beautiful, fun, wife... i mean, she can kill everything, including your own team. Monster.
Why not?
Navia: She is GEO... Geo s.... she will give you fun and big DMG. Your account will not change.
Yelan (She is the best pull): You don't really need her right now (Furina), but you'll regret not pulling her in a few patches.
Nilou: Niche... has only 1 or 2 teams... her weapon is a must... niche... the most niche character.
About Emilie... well.. she can fix your account, and that's all.
