Hey JOOHKY. Nice review on the new Clio Kill Cover Matte Foundation. How sad it is that they don't avail the shade #5 Sand I was looking forward to try this Foundation but #5 Sand is a little light for skin tone still and I'm hoping when its release here in the Philippines they release shade #5 Sand and shade #6 Tan which is a good match for my skin tone naturally. The shade #6 Tan is only available for Founwear Cushion XP only and the shade is available in south east asian countries. I hope in the future Clio will release shade #5 Sand there in Korea.

Though I'm not sure if there will be Tan released in your market ( I wouldn't be surprised if they do) but at least you guys will most likely get #5 Sand. It really sucks how we in Korea are always missing out on the darker colors 😢
@@JOOHKY Korean cosmetic companies should think of their costumers needs and not what's really a thing because there are many Koreans have darker skin tones and many of them are disappointed that they couldn't find shade of Foundation for their skin tone especially Men, most Korean men have darker skin tones. Even international customers like me wanted to use Korean Foundations that matches our skin tone.
@@AngeeloRabaya I agree with you, but if you do compare the number of Koreans with darker to lighter skin tones, the difference is pretty great, which is the reason most won't go into offering it as they would most likely not sell as well... at least that's what I would assume.
Hey JOOHKY! Hera has release 2 new shades for Hera Black Cushion which will be available this July 1st. They finally release the shade 2 new shades of #27. They release shade 27N1 Honey and 27C1 Light Honey. I'm So Excited to purchase the shade 27N1 Honey and no doubt it will be the perfect shade for my skin tone it will match my skin tone naturally. By the way the shade 27N1 and 27C1 are in a different case so hopefully you'll do a review on the new shades of 27 for Hera Black Cushion. Thank You. 😊👍

So Feel The Matte
There's a review that said that this new matte foundation from CLIO oxidizes pretty much. She's a 3.5 on the shade but she bought and used 2.5 instead.
That's interesting. While I do find most foundations to oxidize most of the time, I personally didn't experience much oxidization with the use of this New Matte Foundation from Clio. 🤔🤔🤔

I feel that all of these colors seems like very bright/ light. For korean brand foundation i usually go for number 21 with yellow tone. Despite this i think i can find a suitable shade for me since foundation tend to oxidize on my skin.
The minimal smearing om face mask is the selling point for me since i need to wear face mask when i go for work.
Did you apply any makeup primer or base before applying the foundation? Does this foundation has oil control? Is the foundation long lasting?

I actually never wear any primer or base under my foundations.
I have oily skin, and find that it did a good job controlling the oil on my face, especially on my T-zone which is extremely oily. And yes, it fairly long last.
I usually am shade 17 or bright 21 in other brands. But Clio made me push back to shade 3.5 hahaha
Hello!! I used this foundation in a hot humid weather yesterday but when my mask presses on them, it smudges a bit. What do you recommend using on top of this foundation?
Well, since this foundation itself is very matte I think it'd be better to apply the skin care products lightly and apply the foundation.
When you apply other products such as powder, your base makeup might get thick.
Hello ! I usually wear the moonshot cushion in shade 201,I’m planning to buy this one in the video,however I’m still not sure about the shade I should pick,which one would you suggest me please ?
When comparing the shades, the moonshot shades appear to be a bit darker, so I think #3.5 Vanilla might be the closest to what you are already wearing.

For the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, I believe I used 2w1.
It's been a while, and I don't have my old bottle anymore.. but I believe that should be what I used.

I find Clio's foundations to be too light in comparison to the Maybelline Fit me 128. Even their darkest shade is lighter than the 128

The two are pretty much the same as they have the similar shades and formulation. The only difference between the two is the type of product they are (one being a cushion and one being your traditional liquid foundation)
