Nice! It's hard not to notice the huge wake created by the boat though. They should make a modernized version with a better hull so it can plane properly. The result would be smaller waves and higher top speed.
@@samanli-tw3id My first thoughts would be that hydrofoils arent as agile as normal boats. Since the ambulance need to do tigh manoeuvres and speed up/slow down a lot in the channels of venice this would be a problem.
*From Italy: Sometimes it happens that Hydroambulances wash the passengers standing on the "vaporetto". You can see one small of them behind Venice ambulance at second **1:38**, but those ones are lucky because ambulance is not so near to them. The Pilots are so very expert, they are all at the highest level.*
