    I'm wondering why I haven't been given any exercise programmes to do by the hospital.. It's over a year since I had two compression fractures (and when an earlier third was discovered). Before the fractures I practiced yoga most days at home. Every time I mentioned exercise post these fractures, I got a shrug of the shoulders and a dismissive look. It's been a nightmare year frankly.
    All the pain I've gone through and no help whatsoever. I'll be following these exercises now - definitely. I can't wait to start

    How many times a week should you do these exercises? And do you do all the exercises each time?

    Kneeling brace, split lunge and step up - assume you do these for each leg thanks
