Prime Esam isnt even top 50 nowadays. Heck, Prime Leo is probably not top 25 nowadays either. The competition and meta has evolved so much since then that even a player in top 20 is probably a top 3 level player back then. Its not that players got worse, its that others got better
Gackt did very good- wish he used more n-air vs those t-jolts and pika recovery to shut him down. Pikachu hates being air pressured by ness and shut out but overall great set.

How pika main can think that they loose the mu, each time ness is offstage it’s a free edgeguard for pika, while pika can recover for free
