One thing I've learned from people who have built RVs is...never paint it black. Black absorbs sunlight and thus radiates heat. So I hope it has some great insulation...because they will need it.

I find some of the vehicles funny when they brag about how many people can sleep inside .. everything makes out into yet another bed. but let's be honest, if everything goes bad, the last thing I want to be doing in my survival rig is host a bingo party and a sleepover.

Center air tank isn’t specificity for the tires. All military 2.5-5 tons have 3 tanks. One is a backup tank. Respectfully of coarse. Love these trucks. Wish for the paint they would have gone with OD green or even just go with tan ( desert pink ). Still looks really cool.

I do love it the only thing that bugs me is that breather/snorkel why not move it and gain an extra 3ft by 7ft.

there are other things in that space, the spare tire, I think the coolant. But yeah it is possible to remove these things and gain that space.

Bad design layout ,the sprinter vans self built on you tube are way better .why put the lounge opposite the bathroom door not the kitchen why. Lol

living in fantasy land again thinking a six ton plus ,two and half ton military vehicle is going to go any where during a SHTF scenario , They are not quick they do get stuck the have horrible off road temperament and diesel goes bad six to twelve months . there's a reason why military moves overland in giant convoys fuel trucks water trucks recovery vehicles maintenance vehicles....just get you a small capable 4x4 Hummer Jeep ...best converted to propane for less oil damage and noise while moving ,a tent or a collapsible rv to keep your profile and weight down a small generator stored water and food ad lots of ammo and a few guns one mean old lady a couple of bratty kids and you will make it!

How well is your propane resupply gonna work during SHTF?..... This is probably the most reasonable thing to exit and go off grid in one mobile package from summer heat to winters cold.
