Very helpful video, Dr. Schuttler. I'm enrolled in Google's online Project Management certification course and I'm here in TH-cam searching for additional videos on DMAIC and PDCA. Your video doesn't have the fancy animations that other videos have, but you explain everything very well with modern examples. Very helpful! I'd love to see you tell a story where you talk about when you put PDCA into action in your everyday life, in a hobby or at work. A case study would be VERY interesting too.
Thank you Dr. Schuttler! Very helpful video.

I like it. 🙂
I love this video. Jesus bless you
good keep it up
Hey Rich, what if we have achieved what we had planned. Then PDCA doesn't look like an ongoing process.
Then that process just needs to be 'checked' on every 6 months or so to ensure it remains effective and efficiency as was started with the change. Sometimes a change does not stick. But, if all goes well, a quick check reflects all is as planned! :-)
Does anyone have a transcript of this video?
It doens't too much simples that way. We need example to learn that.
