@@LivingInToronto I've wanted to move to Canada like i said before though to Vancouver as it's very close to my heart also it's not far from Seattle in Washington state (USA as u know)coz that city is also very close to my heart.....it's why I want to sell some of my land here and maybe even real estate i.e house's be them very very ancient indeed....u must have seen those sprawling mountain villages full of such character on TV somewhere well that's where said houses be...Have A Good Day AKA Ferrero Roche😋Ciao Ciao For Now🖖
At a minute in you suggest that people are now selling because they can get extra $ for the condo. Although that may be true. Bank of Canada interest rate hikes also cause people to sell. Many having mortgages coming open must sell.
