very cool little bike, need to bring it to se ky. you can ride the roads here for hours and no one messes with you. I just missed out on one of these bird engineerin tbirds for 50.00, i totally would have done a cafe racer bike with it.
Does GPS have different intake manifolds you can use to angle the carb back out of the way more? I see carbs/filters sticking out a lot of stuff guys build with those engines, just seems like a simple solution would be a curved intake to move it one way or the other. Really nice bike! I was grinning the entire time you were driving it!
Plz be careful make sure chain is good bc if you lose you chain you lose your brakes as well bc the brake is on the clutch not the tire Edit: I had a friend get really hurt bc on the same thing ,lost chain and ram into a car head on

needs to be rejettet much leaner running too rich thats why its bogging, wasnt going any better than my completely thrashed brigss 3hp with no compression, wouldnt take off and rev out unless you screwed the mixture screw all the way in then it flew
there’s an old drag strip a little north of denton right off the highway. ive never been but nobody is ever there PM me for the adress i can call and see if they’d let people go

I think the tall gearing fits this: it makes it sound like a mini Harley Davidson. That put-put noise is the classic amongst motorcyclists.

if you put some pieces of rubber fuel line on the center stand feet, it won't move around as much due to vibration. looks good!

This is a beautiful build, the only thing I'd change is the foot peg location. I'd move it towards the rear axle for a more comfortable ride.
Definately one of my favorite mini bike builds, nailed it fellas.
It needs a Torque Converter with that tall wheel and tire combo. Then you would have a lot more low end torque.

From my experience the Clutch brake works great, the only problem I ever had with it is that it wears down the sprocket on the clutch very weird
