Your analysis is weak. The reason for the fall in files prices is down two majority of the best plots in LSC has been snapped up by priority self selection from depositing 60% of file prices. People’s mindsets have turned negative because they now realize that the remaining plot locations are less desirable. On top of this, the huge miscommunication by LSC management on access roads (especially GT) is further depressed investor sentiment. This will be an outstanding project once HRL picks up the speed.
