And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business. Kind regards

Aoa cheema sb I,ve two commercials in LSC but i m non filer. When these taxes are being imposed. I mean, will these taxes be added in plot price or will be charged only if i trade them. If i remain non filer & hold these plots as end user, will it affect tax rate? Kindly guide. Jazak Allha

سر سوسائٹی مینجمنٹ سے درخواست کرے کہ ڈیولپمنٹ چارجز کا دورانیہ 2 سال کرے بہت مہنگائی ھے، 6 مہینے کا ٹینیور بہت ھی کم ھے یہ انتہائی ظلم ھے

If you hold for few years new regime will be there with their own rules so i would say dont worry about it now.
