In 2009, Bolt ran 8 races in 6 days in his 3 events. Thus, making his achievements even more memorable and legendary.
in my opinion, right now. i believe the top 3 sprinting nations are, in order, Jamaica, USA, and Trinidad and Tobago. i know Canada and Britain are great but on the biggest stages over the past few years these nations i thought excelled the most. but if i missed any meets where my knowledge may be invalid please be free to inform me. im from the US, and i have a great respect for Trinidad and Jamaica considering i am also a track athlete. i love watching these nations run especially against each other whether it be a relay or individual.

I am very pleased that Asafa had a chance to finish the relay in WR beating race, he is also a great sprinter.
In the 100m, Bolt pulled away so far in the 70-90m that he could just celebrate for the whole last 10m 😂
