The finishes are amazing, and the backyard view is incredible...but... The home office is bigger than the kitchen... Which looks a bit tight.... And... One bathroom for all the secondary rooms..... I believe the layout could be better and another bathroom is always a better upgrade

Its just east of the city of Toronto. Without traffic, you can drive to down town Toronto from pickering in 20mins.

They certainly do not make houses and do planning like in the old days. Why do the houses need to be so close? Completely unacceptable. People need privacy. The houses need to be spaced out a whole lot more. There is absolutely no way I would spend that kind of money to be caged up and stuffed up so close to anyone. NEVER.
