The atmosphere on this map is amazing. The constant artillery shells, the Higgins boats. Multiple MG-Gunners, etc. Juts amazing. And can we actually appreciate: The Shell-Sounds are *amazing*
People keep saying that yet this game was released during the bf5 controversy yet before free weekend had a max player count of 3,000 with a 12 month average of 400 players. People hopped on the bandwagon and kept saying they wanted a realistic war game yet it has existed the whole time and nobody is playing it.

I've been playing this map the last few days, I absolutely love it. I play medic religiously, and there's no better thrill than crawling through fire to revive a teammate. I play on a random public server, and can only imagine how much more amazing it would be with unit cohesion and communication
Maybe I've been unlucky but I haven't been able to find a game with good teamwork. I'm hoping that the same type of teamwork I experience in squad will come to this game.
Yep you've been unlucky, i had a few rounds with great teamwork, mostly it depends on the SL to coordinate the squad and the members to cooperate. But sometimes i had boring rounds (when no one cooperates), and the fact that the new players that doesnt have a clue of what to do or what is about this game will go on their own, failing all the time.
There's quite a few communities/clans that really work well together. You just have to get lucky and meet the right people. Add good people, squad leaders who talk ,etc. You will find them don't worry.

This game has come such a long way since the first little tech demo from years back to get here. I'm so grateful for the time and care the devs have spent on this project. Because honestly, they (among others) are outdoing the AAA devs in this modern day.

I'm happy for the Devs, I think the game is going to "make a comeback". It had a rocky start and still has a bit of clunk to it, but for an indie game trying to achieve the most authentic WW2 experience, I think what they've been able to achieve to is impressive. It just needs more support so they can keep refining it and adding stuff. I also had a chance to check out the upcoming Carentan map too, it's going to blow people away. If you guys pick up the game and have feedback or notice bugs, join their official Discord and let them know.

I just got this game. Similar to Hell Let Loose but more akin towards an "arma 3 lite. Your character is more realistically heavy. The animations are very good and more realistic. Much more teamwork needed. Definitely a great game if you have a good enough rig. The experience is incredible due to the above and the sound design really brings it together. Great video Karmakut. Wish I could find a group to play weekends with.

Made a mistake and overextended his squad north, making that gap for them to exploit. If he'd have kept a token fireteam there, that mid push wouldn't have been as devastating as it was. Nonetheless!! Amazing gameplay and I'm soooo getting this beautiful game 😍

If u guys don’t remember correctly battlefield 5 started out with only the Germans vs British and wasn’t till later when they added in the US and it was based more on our war with Japan battlefield 5 is a great game whatever anybody says

They were made to be cheap, expendable, and produced quickly.

Utah Beach on google maps faces East. So the ocean is to the East. D-Day took place all along the coast of Normandy.
