I totally agree! I found this channel about a month or so ago and ever since: If I find a unique, set item or I switch to leveling up yet another alt (half are now 80-ish level), I just Google or YT-search: "item/skill name" and "ginger" and I get an in-depth guide + NO constant screaming at the mike nor rapper-speed narration to boot! Just perfect! Keep up the progress, sir GGM!

power creep. The add on came out and it made the old gear obsolete. Such a bummer. They could fix the balance now if they wanted with runes. Either buff gems, set items, middling uniques, or nerf runes, or up the level requirement. Runes are easier to get than uniques and sets and way more powerful in the early game.
I remember when damage taken by the blood golem would also hurt the Necro. Imagine my shock when my hero edited Necro died because my blood golem got annihilated
Blood golem is absolutelly perfect to me, when my poison nova necro gets swarmed without enigma (using bramble) and i lose my bone armor, the blood golem makes a good job on healing me (i don't really need his dmg, he's more of a distraction and healing source to me, he's actually 12k hp without much points spent) i still trying to find a wand w 3 summon/3bloodG/3golemMastery/3sumResist (i actually use a 3 summon/1 golem mastery on weapon swap but i'm not sure if the golem still the same after i swap my weapons again)
I love the way the LoD blood golem looks. I really wish all the golems had their own AR and Defense progression, without having to put a bunch of points in all golems to get a good golem, I think that would make the golem experience palatable
I noticed that the damage synergy from Fire Golem is additive with the inherent damage scaling from the main skill. That means 20 points in Fire Golem only increased his damage from 262-722 to 277-762. Completely negligible, *it's a waste of points.*
I just tried blood golem with iron maiden (and of course corpse explosion) for farming andariel, and so far it is by far my favorite method for boss farming with a necro. Getting skeletons before every run gets TOO tedious and time consuming for me
After watching this, i realized i was using clay golem only cause i remembered blood golem being able to hurt you. I have always used clay golem since. This begins a new era of golem for me!
Shame when they stomp useful bugs like the IM/Blood Golem, also the Act1 merc with that +3 skill poison attack that was fun and viable! Another great video, you always learn something watching your D2 stuff!
Hey mr Ggm Huge fan of your channel man! Yo, i'm relatively new to d2 (still playin LOD pluggy decided to buy d2r at next ladder reset). Just wanted to say man im in hell with my sorc(1 of my 3 higher level chars) lvl 80 and that "Diablo walks the earth" keeps happening, and i racked my brain on how to kill him! lastnight i sat there and thought to get a bow or spear to throw at him with prevent monster heal, and i bought a waand with lower resist and had a all out war with him in the stoney field and got him!!! dude sooo happy to get a first annihulus and what does it roll 20 20 10 looked it up online an its the highest roll right? Can't imagine there would be many first time anni rollers that would get that roll right? or does it happen frequent as hell i dunno but i'm over the moon about it. Just had to share it with one of my fav content creators that helped me along the way. Keep up the good content ma dude!

But these vids are d2r which I guess could change shit but. I done 200 Andy runs yesterday and the best thing I got was like a string of ears. No shako, occy anything I need. Not even a lot of high level drops tbh ,barely any jewellery. And this is with my sorc. I think I messed up the Andy bug with her in normal. Does that effect he’ll Andy?? And why do you think I’m getting junk drops from her
@@mrfarq6654 Andy bug is permanent in d2r it was one of the patch changes. Sounds like you have just been really unlucky, also you are looking at highlight reels. Most people can go hundreds of runs without anything good dropping. But this also plays into people misunderstanding how drops work. Magic find rolls from Unique -> Rare -> Set -> Magic -> White in that order. "Good drops" are when unique rolls successful. This doesn't mean the item that you get will be grand. Because the base of the items are unaffected by magic find. So first a base item you want needs to fall which is something you can't affect. Say a Ring 💍 Then your magic find goes to work on trying to make it a unique, if that fails then it tries to roll as a rare, then if that fails it tries to roll as a set, then if that fails magic.

Then oh ok we’re walking again let’s get my 250 regenerative health every couple seconds Blood golem = town portal scrolls on my belt cause potions are for non blood golem people lol
Wish they would let you use 2 Golems at once. It would feel less bad dumping 60 ish points into Golems if you got 2 of them out of it. Just in case people though all 4 at once would be OP
I'm not really understanding. You're talking about how you only put 1 point into the golems but you have like 20 points base line from gear. How are you even getting all that and how does a player bank on having that base line to start with?

When this game came out blood golem while casting iron maiden was op! Back in the days a perfect skull would trade for anything!

They could also make him more of a sponge, where any damage the necromancer takes, some percentage of it is applied to the blood golem instead.
Use an act 1 mercenary with edege + bramble.
Blood golemn look like a necromorph! Lol!
